7.5/10 - The sleek facade really dances with the light, and the "sort of" setbacks marching up the one side make that side much livelier - if ever a building could be said to have a "best side", that would be it.

BUT...somehow that one side of the building seems to throw the rest of the building, with its three sides of plain glass boxiness, really out of balance - they needed to make the structure more symetrical. And *SIGH* it has a standard issue dull, flat roof.

The back is probably plain rectangular flat verticality ?....Anyhow, the setbacks need more mutual variation in their dimensions.

Also, no building deserves the sad fate of serving as a billboard-background.

This scraper is really nice, my only concern about it is that I don't think it will age very well. The entrance looks a bit dated already.
Does it have any kind of lighting at night ? Couldn't find any pic.
The glass is quite cool for a 15+ years old building.

This is one of my favorite towers in Seoul. Love that shiny, silver finish.
To my eye it looks great from 3 sides, but the remaining side (no pictures of this side in this thread,) looks pretty bad. This is the side which faces COEX and is visible from the Lake food court skylight in the mall. Really detracts from the building, imho.

Still the remaining three sides are still worth an 8.5
