kimera May 29th, 2008, 07:57 PM según el nombre, la verdad es que eso es frente de un río que se llama bayano en Panamá y el área es bastante verdosa, mi tio abuelo tiene finca por alli cerca y el lugar creo que le iria bien un poco de azul y amarillo pero la verdad es que a mi no me gusta mucho este diseño tampoco:ohno:

San José (EFE) El Grupo Naturaleza y Espacio S.A (Nyesa) de España desarrollará en Costa Rica un proyecto hotelero con una inversión total de 600 millones de dólares y que generará cerca de 5.000 empleos, anunció el martes una fuente oficial.
El presidente costarricense, Óscar Arias, y el ministro de Turismo, Carlos Benavides, recibieron a los representantes de la inmobiliaria española, que ofrecieron una relación detallada de su proyecto, informó la oficina de prensa del mandatario.
'Los señores del Grupo Nyesa acaban de adquirir las propiedades de lo que se conoce como La Roca en la provincia de Puntarenas. Han adquirido alrededor de 200 hectáreas y tienen la intención de construir ahí un centro comercial, residencias y cuatro hoteles de los cuales al menos dos de ellos serán de extra lujo', aseguró el ministro de Turismo.
La provincia de Puntarenas está ubicada en la región central del Pacífico costarricense y alberga algunas importantes instalaciones turísticas, aunque socialmente constituye una de las regiones más deprimidas del país.
Según Benavides, el grupo empresarial español tiene el propósito de incorporar al proyecto a profesionales y otros tipos de trabajadores de la región, así como a los comerciantes, con el fin de que éstos se beneficien del desarrollo inmobiliario.
'Además, quieren tener acompañamiento de socios locales, lo que también es buena noticia porque este Gobierno quiere una sinergia entre las comunidades y los desarrolladores o inversionistas internacionales', subrayó el titular de Turismo.
Según el informe oficial, este será el primer proyecto en un país de América Latina de la compañía española, que tiene inversiones en Europa, Estados Unidos y el Caribe.
La primera etapa del proyecto estará lista en un plazo de tres o cuatro años a partir de su arranque y el resto se concluirá en un periodo de diez años, aproximadamente, precisó la Presidencia.
Las inversiones turísticas han experimentado un crecimiento explosivo en Costa Rica en los últimos años, especialmente en las zonas costeras del Pacífico.

La empresa de capital estadounidense Inversiones Vinoponce Maryfer está desarrollando un proyecto inmobiliario en Palo Seco, Quepos, valorado en unos $35 millones.
El proyecto, llamado El Tesoro, consiste en 142 apartamentos en condominios de lujo que se ubicarán al frente de la playa Palo Seco, en la provincia de Puntarenas.
“Nos interesamos en la zona por la belleza escenográfica de Palo Seco, es una de las playas más largas del país, y es cercana a zonas en alto desarrollo como Jacó y Manuel Antonio, Quepos”, explicó el arquitecto y uno de los desarrolladores de la obra Miguel Rivera.
El grupo estadounidense Vinoponce Maryfer estima que el proyecto generará unos 300 empleos directos y otros 100 indirectos en un lugar en donde existen poco desarrollo turísticos.
De acuerdo con las proyecciones de la empresa, la obra quedaría concluida en dos años y está orientada al mercado de extranjeros que desean una inversión de retorno rápido, así como alta rentabilidad.
Golfito y Playa Dominical, son otras dos de las zonas que cobrarán mayor relevancia a futuro para la construcción de desarrollos similares, según el arquitecto Rivera, dada la consolidación del proyecto para establecer un Aeropuerto Internacional en el área.
Actualmente la compañía estadounidense también trabaja en el desarrollo de un hotel Ecológico en la Península de Osa, en una zona poco común.
El precio de cada apartamento oscilaría entre los $200 mil y los $600 mil, de acuerdo con estimaciones preliminares. El monto varía debido a que algunos apartamentos tienen dos habitaciones y otras tres.
La Municipalidad de Parrita ha destacado el aporte de proyectos como El Tesoro para el cantón, puesto que las empresas, aparte de generar empleo colaboran con el desarrollo de proyectos para la comunidad.
Actualmente habrían más de nueve empresas tramitando permisos en esa municipalidad para la construcción de complejos de apartamentos, debido al atractivo físico de esa zona.
Cabe destacar que en este momento el cantón de Parrita está en el lugar número 18 del país en cuanto a metros cuadrados de construcción, mientras que hace dos años estaba en el puesto 54.
El incremento en el número de proyectos no resulta extraño si se toma en cuenta que Puntarenas es la provincia con uno de los índices más altos en cuanto a metros de construcción. Solo a marzo del presente año, se habían gestionado más de dos millones de metros cuadrados de construcción.

La construcción de condominios y casas para rentar o vender a vacacionistas se ha convertido en una de las opciones a las que los desarrolladores de proyectos apuestan con mayor confianza.
Precisamente por ello la firma GBK Real Estate Developers explorará ese nicho mediante la construcción del primer desarrollo turístico de su propiedad.
Anteriormente la compañía ha trabajado en desarrollos como Península Papagayo, Four Seasons Hotel y Los Sueños Marriott.
El nuevo complejo, llamado Azul Paraíso, comprenderá 22 hectáreas y está en Playa Ocotal, Guanacaste. La primera fase se bautizó con el nombre de Bahía.
“Es un nuevo reto incursionar en un mercado de este nivel. Apuntamos a un proyecto de lujo ofreciendo calidad, confort y vistas espectaculares”, expresó Karla Montero, directora comercial de GBK Real Estate Developers.
Entre los servicios con que contará el club de playa se encuentran áreas recreacionales, piscinas, wet bar, spa, gimnasio, club de niños, playground, canchas de tenis, servicio de taxi acuático, restaurante y área de fogatas.
“Es un proyecto importante para la empresa y lo que buscamos es ofrecer a nuestros clientes todos los servicios que ocupan en un complejo de lujo” declaró Montero.
Las residencias, que tendrán de dos a cuatro habitaciones, contarán con acabados de lujo como pisos de piedra natural, sobres de granito en las cocinas, mármol en los baños, puertas de madera y ventanas de paneo doble.
Asimismo, la opción de Rental Pool Program estará disponible para aquellos que deseen rentar su propiedad. Para esto, una gerencia especializada se hará cargo del proceso de alquiler.
El proyecto está diseñado para atraer principalmente a clientes norteamericanos y europeos.
Se espera que Bahía esté listo para inicios de 2009 y el proyecto completo para 2012. El precio de los condominios va desde $570 mil.
Asimismo, la firma tiene otro proyecto en lista para finales de 2008.
Se trata de una comunidad cerrada o “gated community” ubicada en el Oeste de San José, que buscará combinar una serie de servicios para facilidad de sus habitantes.
Townhouses, Dúplex, Single homes, Family states y Villas serán las diferentes opciones de vivienda, que conjugarán el proyecto de 144 hectáreas.
La comunidad también albergará un área comercial y “towncenter” con tiendas, restaurantes, cafeterías, hotel, oficentro y salas de cine.
“Con este proyecto buscamos mejorar el estilo de vida de las personas y que tengan todo dentro de la comunidad”, declaró Montero.
Dentro del complejo se levantará un centro educativo con niveles desde kindergarten hasta colegio.
El concepto de ciudad-vivienda ya está siendo desarrollado en el país, no obstante los representantes de GBK aseguran que su proyecto, brindará un estilo de vida diferente al del mercado residencial actual

La reconocida cadena Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group firmó un contrato para adquirir un terreno de más de 300 hectáreas en Playa Manzanillo, Guanacaste, donde espera inaugurar un lujoso hotel de 130 habitaciones en dos años.
El desarrollo hotelero incluiría una cancha de golf y un complejo residencial privado bajo el nombre de Rancho Manzanillo, que en conjunto abarcará 220 hectáreas.
De acuerdo con la página en Internet de la cadena hotelera, el complejo se instalaría en un risco a 60 metros sobre el nivel del mar, con vistas al Golfo de Papagayo y a áreas protegidas de trópico seco, tres suites diseñadas aparte del edificio principal del hotel, un restaurante, un salón de conferencias y tres bares.
El complejo estaría listo para 2009.
LA REPUBLICA confirmó con una compañía constructora nacional, la cual prefirió que se guardara su nombre, que la cadena firmó un contrato con el estadounidense Tommy Stone, dueño de las tierras guanacastecas.
El extranjero es oriundo de Dallas, de donde son también las firmas de arquitectos HKS, Wilson & Associates y SWA, que se encargarían de diseñar el exterior del hotel, del interior y del paisaje, respectivamente, señala un comunicado de Hotel News Resource.
El proyecto Rancho Manzanillo sería propiedad de Corporación Domaro S.A., de la cual Stone es uno de los ejecutivos, y desarrollada por Stone Companies of Dallas.
"Se pretende crear el hotel retirado más lujoso de Costa Rica que va a calzar armoniosamente con el ambiente", señala Edouard Ettedgui, presidente de Mandarin Oriental, en el comunicado.
El texto también cita a Stone, quien afirma que "cuando Mandarin Oriental abra sus puertas con Rancho Manzanillo al final de 2009, el exclusivo resort se convertirá en uno de los principales lugares de ocio de América Latina".
El hotel sería el segundo de la cadena en la región, pues actualmente desarrolla uno en la Riviera Maya.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group es una cadena hotelera fundada en 1963 y que actualmente opera 20 hoteles alrededor del mundo.
Posee entre sus características el desarrollar lujosos spas que ofrecen tratamientos basados en técnicas orientales, en cualquiera de sus sedes alrededor del mundo.
El grupo goza de una gran expansión, pues tiene 16 complejos en desarrollo en destinos como China, Marruecos, Pekín, Taiwán, Estados Unidos, Francia y la isla Gran Caimán.
El nombre de la compañía madre es Mandarin Oriental Internacional Limitada, está incorporada en Bermudas y cotiza para las bolsas en Londres, Bermudas y Singapur. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group International, que es la encargada de operar la actividad de los hoteles, tiene su sede central en Hong Kong.

La empresa Plantación Properties invertirá $250 millones en un complejo turístico en playa Guacamaya, en el distrito de Sardinal de Carrillo, Guanacaste.
Tina Carman, directora del proyecto denominado Guacamaya Development, detalló que las obras incluirán un hotel de la cadena Ritz-Carlton, de 150 habitaciones, y varias zonas de residencias en 900 hectáreas.
Carman agregó que las obras se iniciarán el próximo año y estas incluirán 800 residencias en zonas con énfasis temáticos (playa, ecuestre, vegetación), campo de golf, spa y una marina con 220 slips –áreas para acomodar yates–.
Plantación Properties es subsidiaria de la firma Christie’s Great Estates, división inmobiliaria de la casa de subastas de arte mas antigua del mundo: Christie’s International, con sede en Londres.
Por su parte, Ritz-Carlton es una de las cadenas hoteleras más lujosas del planeta con 63 propiedades en 21 países.
La franquicia de hoteles la maneja la compañía Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, filial del grupo Marriott International.
En el 2010. Molly Harris, presidenta de Plantación Properties, dijo que la primera fase del Guacamaya Development finalizará en el 2010.
El anuncio del proyecto se realizó ayer en las oficinas de la empresa, localizadas en Escazú.

Carman confirmó que el proyecto dispone de “viabilidad ambiental”, pero reconoció que algunos permisos –no precisó cuáles– “se encuentran en trámite”.
Diseño verde. Carman y Harris señalaron que su estrategia es adaptar la arquitectura del complejo a la naturaleza en la zona, de tal forma que el impacto ambiental sea el menor posible dado el interés del mercado al cual se dirigen, que busca destinos ricos en naturaleza.
“Queremos mucha interacción de la comunidad y los futuros residentes, poco uso de aire acondicionado y de circulación de vehículos”, dijo Harris.
La funcionaria enfatizó que la calidez de la población costarricense fue uno de los principales atractivos que influyó en la selección del país para hacer la inversión.
Carman dijo que la inversión total en el proyecto podría alcanzar los $900 millones durante un período de al menos 10 años.
La arquitectura del complejo la harán las firmas Joarisiti & Barascout, Avy Aviram y Katia Marte.
El ministro de Turismo, Carlos Ricardo Benavides, alabó el proyecto por ser el tipo de turismo de alto nivel que busca atraer el país.
Benavides dijo que el turista ligado a este tipo de desarrollo produce más ganancias y los proyectos se caracterizan por requerir menos utilización de recursos.
“Este anuncio, el cual es respaldado por Christie’s Great State y la cadena Ritz-Carlton, es una gran ventaja del país pues no todas las naciones pueden atraer este nivel de inversión”, destacó el ministro Benavides.

La suntuosa firma de hoteles Regent invertirá $120 millones en Guanacaste
El nuevo complejo turístico estará entre playas Panamá y Hermosa, en Punta
Papagayo, y llevará este mismo nombre.
La obra se ubica en un terreno de 60 acres (243 mil metros cuadrados) y
prevé la construcción de 150 habitaciones con vista al mar, 90 condominios o
villas de dos y tres habitaciones, y 20 residencias.
Tendrá una zona de spa, área de piscinas y se construirá un pequeño pueblo a
la entrada con arquitectura propia de Guanacaste, donde funcionarán tiendas
y salas de eventos.
Se estima que el proyecto permita generar entre 600 y 700 empleos directos a
partir de 2009, cuando se prevé que comiencen las operaciones.
La obra está actualmente en la etapa de elaboración del anteproyecto, cuya
fase de diseño arquitectónico ha avanzado en un 40%.
Para desarrollar el proyecto, Regent se alió a varios desarrolladores. El
principal socio será Kirchert Pakonen, empresa de bienes raíces domiciliada
en Minnesota, la cual ya tenía presencia en Costa Rica.
En Costa Rica, la obra recaerá en los hombros de Zurcher Arquitectos.
“Para la construcción hemos analizado cada detalle de lo que pasa en
Guanacaste, como la vegetación en época seca y lluviosa, sus colores, sus
formas. Construiremos edificios de no más de dos plantas”, dijo Ronald
Zurcher, representante de Zurcher Arquitectos.
Marck Conroy, presidente de Regent, agradeció las facilidades otorgadas por
el país para desarrollar la obra y explicó acerca de las operaciones de la
empresa a nivel mundial.
En ese sentido, Regent Hoteles forma parte del grupo mundial Compañías
Carlson, la cual también posee habitaciones especialmente en Asia.
También realiza operaciones marítimas mediante el Regent Seas Cruises, el
cual mantiene unos 105 destinos en todo el mundo.
Los hoteles de la cadena Regent son considerados entre los más lujosos del
mundo. Estudios internos indican que sus visitantes perciben ingresos de más
de $250 mil anuales, y se compone de personas de entre 32 y 55 años.
La obra en Costa Rica no será la excepción. Aunque se pretende mantener un
diseño arquitectónico acorde con el paisaje guanacasteco, el proyecto tendrá
todas las facilidades de un lugar de descanso moderno, con programas
especializados de entretenimiento, terapias de relajación y alta cocina
gourmet.

educarrhid June 22nd, 2008, 05:57 PM es que es una comunidad planificada, al igual que papagayo acá, la diferencia es que por la topografia de papagayo no se permite la construccion de nada mas de 5 pisos, el metro cuadrado en papagayo anda por los 8000$, cuando papagayo se empezo a planificar al inicio queria hacerlo como cancun, pero se descidio que era mejor hacerlo un destino de elite y muy exclusivo, por eso es que solo se le da la conseción de terrenos a cadenas de hoteles bien importantes, tambien la marina esta casi lista, y la gran cantidad de condominios es increible.
Papagayo cuenta con cableado subterraneo, carreteras perfectas con paleras a los lados y canchas de golf de los mejores diseñadores por todo lado, y eso que apenas esta en cosntrucción, aún falta la finalización de casi todos los hoteles que se cosntruyen

Realmente es así, pero ya el área va tomando forma. A los costados se desarrollan proyectos "independientes". He corregido la cantidad de unifamiliares, no son 300, seran solo 160.
En Playa Blanca (fuera de el proyecto) tienen casas grandes personalidades del país, incuso el Presidente.
El proyecto tambien incluira una de las piscinas mas grandes del mundo (ya esta en construccion), para aquellos sub-proyectos que no tengan acceso al mar. Yo lo considero un Costa del Este, pero de playa.

educarrhid June 24th, 2008, 09:54 PM ^^imaginate que llevo 6 años de no ir a jacó y en 1 mes tengo un trabajo de campo de la universidad con tanta torres, hoteles y centro comerciales debe ser una ciudad irreconocible, y en unos 3 años aún mas, nunca fui a tamarindo antes del boom pero ahora es increible, papagayo es lo mejor de todo, no tengo nada que criticarle, todo es perfecto ahí, y con tanto proyecto se vera aún mejor la marina de papagayo esta lista el otro años.
a diferecnai de san jose es dificil traer avanzes de estos lugares ya que tamarindo esta 5 horas de san jose y joacó a 2 horas, papagayo a unas 6 horas

Lo interesante es ver como en toda Centroamerica hay tantos desarrollos, aunque Panama y Costa Rica se llevan el mayor porcentaje de estos, pero siempre quedan playas para todo tipo de bolsillo.
Una pregunta, las playas se convertiran privadas o siempre todas las playas frente a estos desarrollos son publicas??

One of the core values of San Buenas is to preserve the remnant tropical rain forest on the property and begin to conserve and regenerate biodiversity. Romeo Silvestre, el hombre de turismo de Roatán, tenía razón cuando hace un año le explicaba a NEGOCIOS que la isla escalaba lentamente los peldaños que la llevarían a convertirse en un importante destino turístico mundial, en referencia a los cambios que un lugar debe afrontar antes de llegar a ser un sitio para atraer al turismo "jet set" del mundo.
Pues bien, la semana pasada se hizo la presentación de un lugar en Roatán que abrirá la puerta a ese tipo de turismo: Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Roatán llevará al país al sitial "top" del que han hablado prestigiosas publicaciones como The New York Times y CNN, que han hablado de la isla como uno de los lugares que crecen como atracción turística mundial.
Así lo cree el entusiasta Tood Murray, encargado del proyecto en Honduras, que trabaja en el proyecto junto a su hermano Josua, a la ex miss Honduras, Ollie Thompson, y a Daniel O’Connor.
"Durante varios años hicimos un análisis de la isla, de su gente, de su calor humano, de lo que ofrecía y lo que se necesitaba. Esperamos hasta que se mejoró la infraestructura y fuimos ubicando el lugar para volver nuestro sueño realidad. Apostamos por el país, por mostrarle a la gente que hay futuro acá, por las fortalezas del país y por mostrarle al mundo su belleza. Esto no es sólo dinero, sino una inversión en el futuro de Honduras, ya que un lugar que atraiga al jet set mundial requiere el servicio y el esfuerzo más alto en infraestructura, calidad y seguridad. El impacto es gigante en todo sentido y nos estamos preparando", explica.
Soñado
Aunque al inicio de todo fue catalogado como loco, Murray parece ser más bien un planificador con una obra millonaria a cuestas, la cual no sólo se sostendrá con materiales naturales para evitar el impacto ambiental, sino también con la belleza de la isla, el buen nombre del arrecife mesoamericano -único de Latinoamérica-, con el potencial turístico del resto del país, con el servicio personalizado al turista y una infraestructura que conjuga exclusivas villas, tiendas típicas de prestigio, un zoológico donde los guías serán niños de la isla capacitados para ello, y un spa donde se espera que se relajen celebridades como Catherine Zeta Jones o Michael Douglas, que ya visitaron el proyecto y prometieron volver.
"Buscamos el mejor destino en el Caribe junto a mi padre y al fin lo encontramos. Escogimos a Honduras porque ofrece lo que necesitamos y porque la isla ofreció lo que buscábamos. Estamos iniciando una obra cuya primera etapa ya está en construcción y esperamos que esté concluida en 2010, pero también cuidamos el ambiente porque es parte fundamental de esto".
El precio
Y como todo lo bueno cuesta, quien quiera disfrutar de Nikki Beach deberá pagar entre 600 y 25 mil dólares por una noche, y quien desee adquirir un condominio deberá pagar sumas superiores a los 650 mil dólares en adelante.
"Sin embargo, haremos ofertas para las personas de Honduras y abriremos una parte del proyecto al público". Entonces, quien tenga la oportunidad, es mejor que lo haga porque seguramente lo valdrá, ya que la promesa de los proyectistas es "consentir" al cliente con buen servicio, con gusto y con un encanto natural llamado Roatán.
"Agradecemos la confianza por parte de los bancos y de los interesados, a quienes hemos dado la primera oportunidad para que ingresen a este proyecto", concluyó Murray.

Tiene algo de razón Gervaldez, por más que quieras siempre estás cambiando el entorno natural al construir algo, y más si son tantos proyectos juntos. Es cierto, no dudo que en todos estos proyectos hay analisis de impacto ambiental y se trata de hacer que sean lo más posible adecuados con el medio ambiente (más en CRC, ya que ese es su lema, y están bien apegados a este), pero si se deja huella y sí cambia el panorama. No hay de otra a la hora de construir.

• Compañía desarrollará a partir de este año dos hoteles en Guanacaste, complejos turísticos en Jacó, oficentros, restaurantes y una “ciudad-vivienda” en Curridabat
• Proyectos estarán ubicados en Costa Rica, México, Estados Unidos y próximamente Panamá

La tendencia mundial de desarrollar proyectos inmobiliarios amigables con el ambiente ha catapultado a la firma Javier Salinas Arquitectos hacia la expansión internacional. Dos hoteles estilo boutique en el área de Guanacaste, desarrollos turísticos en Jacó, oficentros, restaurantes y un concepto ciudad/vivienda son algunos de los proyectos que la empresa realizará para este año en el país.
Adicionalmente, la firma ha sido responsable de llevar al cabo el diseño de proyectos fuera de las fronteras. Un ejemplo de ello es la construcción de un hotel en Monterrey, México, y un oficentro en la ciudad de Texas, Estados Unidos, bajo un concepto de “moda verde”, diseñado de tal manera que no requiere aire acondicionado ni otros elementos.
Asimismo, se estudia la posibilidad de realizar proyectos en la ciudad de Panamá. “La parte de negocios es un pretexto para hacer buena arquitectura. Nosotros ofrecemos la posibilidad de conseguir los terrenos, asociarnos al proyecto, lo levantamos y luego se realiza su promoción”, explicó Javier Salinas, socio de Javier Salinas Arquitectos.
El factor que diferencia a esta firma es su preocupación por que los diseños se complementen con la naturaleza, con el fin de realizar modernas obras que minimizan el impacto hacia el ambiente. “Es importante que las personas aprendan a vivir en proyectos donde se respeta la naturaleza para que así se sientan parte de ella y puedan disfrutar de actividades al aire libre”, señaló Salinas.
Entre las obras a nivel nacional, la firma realiza un proyecto turístico en Guanacaste. El desarrollo llamado Torre Bejuco consiste en un edificio de madera de 30 pisos que estará construido alrededor del bosque. “Su diseño está hecho de tal manera que no se alterará la zona. De hecho tendrá ciertos lugares donde los animales podrán llegar a beber agua. Quisimos rescatar la belleza escénica que tiene el lugar”, expresó Salinas.
Asimismo, dos hoteles estilo boutique en la zona de Guanacaste son desarrollados bajo la modalidad de armonía con la naturaleza. El primer desarrollo ubicado en Playa Potrero, comprende 50 estudios-apartamentos y 50 habitaciones, el otro desarrollo de Playa Pietra está orientado a un concepto natural y comprende la construcción de 20 bungalows.
Entre tanto, la reconocida zona de Jacó y Playa Hermosa también contará con la presencia de los arquitectos. Blu Condo Hotel (hotel cinco estrellas de 22 pisos) e Isla Remo (complejo de casas para vacacionar) forman parte de la amplia lista de desarrollos para 2008.

Es que puerto pedregosa es un desarrollo enorme tipo Papagayo pero con un enfoque de turismo de salud.
Uno de los hotel-Hospital es Rondaya Maria Resort que es el de los renders, ya el proyecto esta en construcción pero supongo que aún faltta un rato para verlo terminado, le calculo que para el 2010, tambien incluye condominios, casas y golf, quien sabe porque parte iran desarrollando, tambien a mi me parece que lo mas eltno es el inicios (zonas publicas, caminos)

Greg Norman creará el campo de golf de La Roca Resort & Country Club

La cancha de golf del complejo residencial La Roca Resort & Country
Club, impulsado por la firma inmobiliaria Akasvayu, será diseñada por
Greg Norman, ex golfista australiano.
El proyecto que se lleva a cabo en Puerto Caldera se desarrollará en
un terreno de 2 millones de metros cuadrados y cuya inversión es de
$970 millones.
Norman es considerado uno de los mejores jugadores de la historia y
actualmente se dedica al diseño de campos de golf, con la compañía
Golf Courses Design.
La Roca estará compuesto por tres hoteles cinco estrellas de lujo,
cada uno de 200 habitaciones, y 1.200 residencias que contemplan la
construcción de villas, bungalós y apartamentos, asimismo se edificará
un casino.
La construcción del proyecto impulsaría la generación de unos 300
puestos de trabajo, mientras que en la etapa de operación se abrirán
1.000 fuentes de empleo.
La estabilidad y la eventual llegada de más turistas debido a su
potencial de crecimiento fueron factores que valoró la compañía a la
hora de invertir en Costa Rica, indicó Josep Amat, presidente y
fundador de Akasvayu.
El proyecto que se levanta en Puntarenas supone el salto de la
compañía al mercado internacional.
"La oportunidad apareció a través de contactos en Costa Rica. La
analizamos y creímos que sería una buena opción, un terreno con una
localización excelente, situado a unos 50 minutos de San José y a unos
30 del aeropuerto", explicó Amat.
Costa Rica es la primera parada del grupo Akasvayu, ya que pretende
seguir sumando destinos a su proyecto inmobiliario.
"Nuestro objetivo es avanzar con fuerza en el complejo de La Roca y
quizá el próximo año empezar ya a mirar hacia otro país y buscar otro
destino internacional", revela el presidente de la inmobiliaria.
Actualmente Akasvayu se centra principalmente en Cataluña. Aunque
también opera con socios, como el Grupo Nyesa, con 25 años de
experiencia en el sector inmobiliario y que tiene presencia en Aragón
y Valencia, España.
En estos momentos, Akasvayu cuenta con una cartera de suelo de 3
millones de metros cuadrados, de los cuales 635 mil son destinados
para proyectos residenciales y unos 300 mil metros cuadrados son
industriales.

A native of Jasper, Florida, Art studied at the Florida State University School of Business. Yo más bien creo que la cantidad de proyectos en CRC es varias veces mayor a la de los otros países. No es porque no quieran, aunque mejor ponele Proyectos en las costas de Costa Rica, jajajaja, no, son bromas.
En Guatemala hay pocos, pero no se creado una inversión para el turismo de playa, ya que las playas aunque bonitas, no son espectaculares.

Yo tengo la fé de que todo centroamerica llegue a ser como una union europes (en materia de trismo) y que los turistas pasen muy facielmente de un país a otro.
CR cuenta con mas proyectos por que lleva mas tiempo en esto del turismo y es logico que la fama hace que los inversionistas pongan en ojo acá.
Ya veran que en unos años todos los países tendran su propio Jacó Beach, su Flamingo, su Papagayo todo llega a su tiempo.

Amigo, no quiero entrar en polémica, pero siempre sale alguien a invocarnos, jaa....en estos momentos, cómo se lo ocurre a Usted decir que en CR hay más proyectos que en PMA, solamente en la capital hay 250 proyectos de gran altura, sin contar los proyectos urbanisticos de la capital ni los pequeños edificios o condominios, a eso añadele los proyectos de hoteles en la playas, las construcciones en el área oeste (Chorrera y Arraijan), los proyectos de Bocas del Toros, Chiriqui, Azuero. Indiscutiblemente el boom de la ciudad opaca al del interior pero las construcciones en el país van desde Tocumen hasta la frontera.
En SSC solo verás lo impactante lo grande lo fanfarrón. Los foristas panameños no le ponen la debida atención a proyectos de ciertos tamaños o áreas. Es más, son contados con una sola mano los proyectos de playa o proyectos chicos que se exponen en el foro panameño....suerte....

Mientras que ustedes a adjudicante tener el proyecto mas lujoso de centroamerica en cista del este que son 1000$ millones para un proyecto enorme, esmuy poco dienero para todo lo que tienen planeado hacer.

Preston Bay Resort es uno de los proyectos turísticos más ambiciosos que se desarrollará en Roatán y que atravesará el risco central de esa paradisiaca isla, anunció José Mirón, uno de los inversionistas de ese complejo hotelero.
El proyecto implica una inversión de 300 millones de dólares y comprende la construcción de varias Villas, más de 200 condominios, un hotel de 120 habitaciones, centro de entretenimiento, un Spa y una cancha de golf de 18 hoyos diseñada por profesionales.
La inversión turística en Roatán es guatemalteca y hondureña, además incluye la venta de terrenos en una extensión de 280 manzanas para las personas que quieren ser socios, quienes podrán utilizar el campo de golf.
Otro de los inversionistas es el empresario hondureño, César Rosenthal Hidalgo, quien destacó la importancia del proyecto en el objetivo del gobierno de atraer más turistas extranjeros a las Islas de la Bahía.
“Ese tipo de proyectos le va ayudar a nuestro país a salir adelante, es el tipo de proyectos que necesitamos nosotros. En nuestro grupo creemos fielmente que el negocio del turismo es el negocio del futuro para Honduras”, expresó Rosenthal.

Creo que las grandes cadenas han puesto el ojo acá por lo mismo por que saben el mercado que atrae costa rica, no por nada varios medios nos han llamado
