Personally I don't like the concrete of the exterior facade, so as for concrete the less the better to me especially in the exterior of the stadium.

But looking at the video (its the first project, just with a smaller 3rd tier, because they added suites) i would say 55,000

Why does the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium need an expansion? Seville already has an Olympic Stadium (57K expanded to 72K), and the Ruiz de Lopera Stadium (currently 52K with an expansion to 70K). Seville is going to end up with three stadiums over 60K. This can only happen in a city where football has high popularity.

I would say it CAN happen in any city with the money, but SHOULD only happen when the seats are likely to be full on a regular basis.
