looks abit odd as packs of bricks or pavers at side of road, and lots of misc materials. Whats happening in fore ground rhs and by cabin at lhs corner ?
Looks more like another site storing stuff like you say feltip.

The first phase of this is almost complete, on bow and irving street....just to the left out of shot. I notice they have completed the new road as layed down in the planning app
