We might have a high chance of having this built, you never know:
From the ''Real Estate & Investment'' press release:
''...ASAM, Sanyoura said: “We have been
commissioned some of the most prominent
landmark projects in Lebanon. We are currently
designing what we hope to be the highest office
building in Beirut, Rive Gauche Office Tower. We are
also working with Michael Grave & Associates, on
the Block 18 Residential Towers, B.C.D....”

Is there a height limit in this part of Beirut?
I am not going to get excited yet because there is, as usual, a slim chance of approval with towers like this (see Icon and Sodeco).

^^I'm not sure...I mean...this company already designed buildings for Beirut that got built, so why this particular one won't be built?
