I think before the War it looked a little bit better, now it's too dark, but I like this style ;)
The only bad thing is really dirty facade. It's time for renovation :rant:

I really like this building - it was second highest in Warsaw till Intraco I and Forum were built in 70s.

With a major rennovation, this could be a really nice, grand old building. At the moment it just looks miserable, abandoned and drab.
