They have promised some measurements in their booklet and actually it is much less. In some cases it is 10" lesser and kitchen in 2 ft smaller in length !!!

Similar kind of thing happened with Bengal DCL's Malancha project. See their group: http://groups.google.com/group/bengal-dcl-malancha

Initially DCL promised 3 towers and now they are constructing 4.

We should not only write good things about real estate sector in India. We should also write about unethical practices of these builders so that prospective buyers are more informed.

So, buyers - beware !! It is no longer builder's world. Flats are not being sold so easily. There is tremendous pricing pressure. Everyone should make sure their investment is in good hand.

Personally speaking, I would never buy from Bengal Shelter or Bengal DCL. In fact, I have heard different news from many of my friends who bought apartments in Newtown/EM Bypass area. I strongly feel builders like Bengal Shelter, Bengal Shrachi do not care about their long term reputation. They are fly-by-night kind of promoters. They were small para-promoters and because of their strong political connection (Jyoti babu, Buddhadeb, Gautam Deb etc) they have got big projects in Newtown.

They have more close-up pictures in google group. I hope builder will put equally good color combination to give those carving proper justice. Then it will be one of best looking highrise in Kolkata.

Great Towers! Hafeez isnt exactly going too far from his Hiranandani work, but why change a winning formula!

They really should just paint the whole thing white or beige though... the coloured sections looked bad on the rendering and look even worse in the last two pics, which is a shame for such a good development!

i think those are some test paints .... it would be crazy to put 5 colors so differently
