What's the update of this project? I last heard that Tower IV booking has been started.

NKrealtors website provide status update on a regular basis. To view the current status - go to http://www.nkrealtors.com/rajarhat.html and click on current status under Elita Vista Garden.

They also have published pictures of the model home. Elita Vista looks much better than DLF, however, DLF priced more bcause of their brand name. Keppel is a big brand name and soon after their projects in Banglore and Kolkata becomes available, I am sure they will be one of the biggest names in India too.

Anyone knows about the Phase-II status of this project? Is it on or going to get scrapped? I am really having a hunch that it is not going to happen given the pace of the project. Anyone has any concrete knowledge?

If it doesn't happen we are going to miss some good looking towers!! :ohno:
