Noticed this one at work, 6 Archer street or formally known as "Top of Palmer Units" is located on Archer street along side with another 10st tower beside it:

The tower following it, I know there not much but they will add to the dense feel at south Townsville (Outskirts of the CBD)

So these are two separate developments? The first one is supposed to be at 6 Archer St (directly next to Metropole) then the second one seems to be for 8 Archer (other side of the police station??) I'm a bit confused. Anywhere here is an article about 8 Archer from the Bulletin on Saturday (page 3 for those of you playing at home). Its about to be approved by council and has 10 two-bdr apartments and 3 four-brd apartments on a 400sqm lot. Parking is going to be via a 'car stacking' system which sounds pretty cool although I've got no idea how it would work?
