Now that this thread has resurfaced - i'm seeing it for 1st time, just joined the forum lah - just where exactly in Tg Bungah will the building be? I was there in January but no sign of new construction there? hope it's near the Crown Prince(ss?) hotel, then Tg Bungah will begin to look like Gold Coast Agree with all.. nice design! :D

BTW, the place where they are clearing the land (behind the buildings) is the site of The Waterfront?? looks quite big from this angle.. maybe it's bungalows?? or more buildings??:D

Yupe..some is bungalows, there will be 14 units of 2 stories bungalows...and The Waterfront will be built there too;)

nearing completion i suppose..

I passed by Straits Regency daily on my way home. It is now about 90% complete now. The structure is completed. They painted the building with various shade of green. They are installing the windows (green tint) on the higher floors. However, the crown is still not installed yet. Can't wait to see the fully completed building!!

While I am usually reluctant to utter criticism about buildings, I do agree with you here, TWY. The dull green of the cladding in combination with the muddy color of the building make for an overall very dreary effct. :ohno:
