Southern Arabia is amazing, it's a good thing not many tourists go there, or else it will be like UAE lol. The old villages are amazing especially in Yemen, I will post pictures of Socotra next. And no I haven't been there

One thing I really missed in Oman is that I had the whole 5-km stretch of beach just for me :D And the water is damn pure, crystal-clear as you'd find in any Island paradise in Southeast Asia.

Yah the beaches are crystal clear, there are over 15,000 sea turtles that come there to lay eggs each year on the beaches and also you will find many dolphins swiming right next to the beach. It reminds me of Thailand, plus you have the whole beach for yourself, cause not many people go to Oman :-) you will only find a handfull of German tourists there.:cheers:

I love those old houses of Yemen, they are really cool. I's a shame they don't have courtyards though.

Check your facts first buddy.. look at my thread on Oman - the infrastructure there is truly First-world

Beautiful pictures. I would like to see them all, but Socotra interests me heavily for some reason.

^^ 10ROT I think we have the similar taste. Socotra is simply amazing. I wud definitely visit Socotra if there is good ferry connection from Oman.

bad some youngs thinking that Yemeni peuple are killier and dingerus

Sanaa is so magical and exotic, I'd love to go there, so is Oman very clean and nice.
