Kind of (City Centre I)

City Centre SL is an open air mall. The difference is that Unitech Downtown will be a "Strip mall" - rows of shops next to each other flanked by open passageways on either side. The entire setup is built around a circular courtyard. Phoenix Market City in Bangalore is the only other strip mall currently u/c.

Westin will be 150 mts.
Atmosphere will be 152.8 mts
Urbana will be 167.7 mts
Diamond tower will be 250 mts

While Unitech is going taller in some of its projects, majority of there projects delayed beyonds years, i.e. Cascade and Harmony both are delayed by 2years as of now, and Hermony some of the towers are yet to start even. Very bad situation for people like us who have bought property there, and expecting a delay of 5 years minimum.

are they paying you rent? their last two phases ( Fresco and Vistas) are progressing well I guess. construction has been started for Fresco and many of the Vistas towers are already topped out. I did observe sq feet street prices are more for the comparatively affordable flats than the luxury ones. is that true?

Unfortunately they r not. That will only be considered during handover. They have not even started the construction of my tower, last time when I visited I was told it is 'yet to start' ! I hv checked the price they r selling the current flats is much more than the market price under resale. My family have invested in 3 flats and ours is going to b the last one I suppose in the unworldly city ! Do not know what to do under this circumstances.

Actually if you go to the link Investor relations-->presentations-->April-dec 2011 updates in the unitech site, u would find in the photographs of "Air" mentioned structure complete, internal work going on. This suggests that its already topped out.

@Suncity, Can you observe closely your last post of Air construction update on 25thFeb, and the presentation image.
1) the empty space in the building is 4th floor height and your updated post shows the empty space with 5th floor height.

Plus according to building structure plan, rarely we can find this kind of empty space inside building left open. it must be closed! Construction progress says Air was G+22 in Sept, G+24 in Dec, and G+25 in Jan. It takes almost one month to build one extra floor. 15 months more to go.
Hope they will not change the design plan and the caption in presentation wrongly stated
they have also mentioned Harmony topped out and internal design in progress, later they defined UC with picture. so some typo we can expect.
Air will be in air, Height will not get more height than Air!!

WTH man!!! this is injustice....very wrong on unitech's part>(:down:

3. Urbana.
4. Diamond Tower.
5. Fort Oasis.

The ad in to-day's The Telegraph stated that for Air 27 floors out of 40 are completed.
