He is actually an architect. Hell his design is now the flag of the capital city of Montenegro

I saw it and I loved his design.
I personally think this building would be great with a total make over. Remember the pics I posted with the Blue facade? lol.

Exactly, it definitely grows on you. A perfect example of a beautiful-in-its-ugliness/minimalistic/powerful brutalist architecture. 8.5/10.

I was happy enough to discover this building within its urban habitat, wich means I was in Belgrade and was confronted with it by coincidence. And guess what, I loved it from the first moment... its dizajn is unique 10/10
