Exactly, it definitely grows on you. A perfect example of a beautiful-in-its-ugliness/minimalistic/powerful brutalist architecture. 8.5/10.

I was happy enough to discover this building within its urban habitat, wich means I was in Belgrade and was confronted with it by coincidence. And guess what, I loved it from the first moment... its dizajn is unique 10/10

When this builing was built in Belgrade, even a simple thing as a car was rare thing in Albania.:ohno:

This building is undoubtedly rare masterpiece of its kind. I don't think you can find anything similar to this, which only gives extra value to this building.:cheers:
