Quality Group - Έργα με όραμα
ΣΤΟ κέντρο του Λονδίνου, σ’ ένα από τα καλύτερα κτίρια και χώρους για εκδηλώσεις, στο StMary Axe (γνωστό και ως The Quergie), Κύπριοι επιχειρηματίες παρουσίασαν τη συνεργασία τους με Άγγλους εμπειρογνώμονες και συμβούλους επένδυσης γης, σε ξένους επενδυτές για την Κύπρο και το εξωτερικό.
Έχοντας δύο από τα καλύτερα έργα τους στην πρώτη γραμμή και με περισσότερους από 200 ενδιαφερόμενους, ετοίμασαν μια μοναδική στο είδος της παρουσίαση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών Quality Group και QIS στην Κύπρο.
Εκεί, στον 39ο όροφο του StMary Axe και με θέα ολόκληρο το Λονδίνο, άφησαν τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις στους παρευρισκόμενους. Στους ξένους επενδυτές παρουσίασαν δύο νέα μεγάλα έργα:
• Τον Όλυμπο, ένα μοναδικό ουρανοξύστη 333 πολυτελών διαμερισμάτων στο κέντρο του Dubai, όπου οι περισσότεροι ένοικοι είναι Κύπριοι, και το νέο συγκρότημα Latitudes στη Λάρνακα, με πολυτελή διαμερίσματα, γραφεία και καταστήματα. Το συγκρότημα αυτό προσφέρει χωρίς περιορισμούς πρωτοβουλία, αίσθηση ελευθερίας, έκφραση για δράση, αλλά και ιδανικές κατοικίες χαλάρωσης και ξεγνοιασιάς.
• Το Q Business Park, το νέο απόκτημά τους στο κέντρο της Λάρνακας, ολοκληρώνεται σύντομα. Με αρχιτέκτονα τον διάσημο Άγγελο Αγγελόπουλο, δημιούργησαν για τα κυπριακά δεδομένα ένα έργο καινοτόμο και ταυτόχρονα ένα έργο τέχνης, καμωμένο από γυαλί, αλουμίνιο και μπετόν.
Η εταιρεία δραστηριοποιήθηκε το 1991, από τον Σάββα Κάκο και στη συνέχεια, το 2001, μετονομάστηκε σε Quality Group, πραγματοποιώντας ισχυρές και καινοτόμες προσπάθειες στις δραστηριότητες του ομίλου στο εξωτερικό. Με
όλες τις διαδικασίες να γίνονται κάτω από την ίδια ομπρέλα, ο οργανισμός πετυχαίνει πλήρη έλεγχο σ’ όλα τα στάδια της κατασκευής και πώλησης

The transformation of the Larnaca port is the largest development project undertaken in Cyprus with an estimated cost of 2 billion Euros. The port’s transformation will turn Larnaca into the Eastern Mediterranean’s leading cruise centre. The transformation incorporates a large marina project with five-star hotels, 2000 apartments, leisure and retail developments and a promenade to central Larnaca and nearby beaches. Some of these developments will be located ‘under water’ which is a concept initially introduced in Dubai (Palm Island).
The project will place Larnaca on the international cruise map and it will also turn the city into a world-class destination for cruise tourists. It has been estimated that 100,000 tourists will reach Cyprus through the new port every year. The expansion of the Larnaca International Airport is expected to facilitate in attracting cruise business to the new port.
Quality Group is introducing the ‘Q Business Park’ which is located in proximity to the Larnaca port. Changes in the surrounding infrastructure and redevelopment of the old Port will transform the area by integrating a plethora of entrepreneurial and tourist activities. This eye-catching and revolutionary development will be situated in what is considered to be Larnaca’s most upcoming area. The aim is to create a high-technology, progressive twelve-floor “floating building” which will be an optical boundary-mark, not only in the specific area but in the wider parameters of the city.
The Q Business Park will accommodate major businesses and professionals including Banks, Insurance Companies, Doctors, Lawyers and Architects. The first five levels will host the more “introverted” functions of the building such as a 24 hour fully-guarded reception area, assortment of shops and over 800 parking spaces. The upper levels will consist of conference and exhibition halls, offices, restaurants, a Spa and fitness centre which will be open to the public. The Q Business Park will also include luxury suites for guests and/or directors of companies.
