Anyway big news this week in bulliten is that Australands Broadbeach on the Park has sold all 132 units before construction as finished!The sales totalled $55mil.within a year of marketing! Its currently up to level 12 .

Well here's a pic I took from the roof of Pacific Fair when I was in Queensland in July - I think the crane to the left of The Oasis is Broadbeach on the Park, and maybe the crane to the right of that is Air?

I'll also mention that the tower just to the left of the Broadbeach on the Park crane is Sunland's Aria, just completed in the past year or so, and it looked fantastic! Even better closer up and from the other side! :)
