urbandreamer December 29th, 2008, 03:18 AM It's been many moons since SSC cared about this project.
Here's how it looks as 2008 draws to a close.

Epi December 29th, 2008, 07:07 PM Nothing like the cinder block look, brings back memories of high school.
thryve December 30th, 2008, 03:31 AM Cute loft building, very quirky given the site. :)
urbandreamer June 26th, 2010, 12:53 AM Completed. Apparently, it's crap.
Elkhanan1 June 28th, 2010, 08:42 AM Not apparently but actually it's crap. Thread updated.
urbandreamer June 28th, 2010, 09:18 PM Or is it completed? Phase 2 is still under construction to the rear--2 or 4 storey building built over parking garage entrance on Richmond. My photo from 26 June 2010:

Elkhanan1 June 29th, 2010, 02:06 AM Please don't tell me there's a Phase II to this crap.
HipHopCanada June 29th, 2010, 04:43 AM Quite a hideous piece of garbage and waste of a perfect property.
monkeyronin June 29th, 2010, 05:37 AM Don't see what you guys are complaining about - looks great, from the front anyway. Perfect scale and massing, solid cladding and design. A little too gray but oh well.

Elkhanan1 June 29th, 2010, 06:01 AM I think, given the name, people were expecting it to be, well, glassier. Instead, what we got was The Windowwallhouse. And the side walls are horrible. At least the one on the east side will be covered by another building one day. I also think it's out of scale for the area.
