Malancha overview:

Mallika: will have 213 two and three bedroom HIG apartments and duplexes with terrace and terrace garden in three identical 20-storied towers.

Mahua-Madhabi: Mahua will have 160 one and two-bedroom MIG apartments in three 14-storied towers, while Madhabi includes 61 one and two-bedroom LIG apartments in four 4-storied blocks.

Kolkata had a nice chance to raise the FSI and create some masterpieces in Rajarhat. I think they lost the chance again. When you have sufficient land in hand, go for dubai or chinese style skyline. Why stuck up with stupid 20 floor odd buildings??? These people lack BIG dreams and vision.

There are height restrictions imposed by civil aviation authorities.

However 25-30 storey blocks will be more common in the southern section. 40 - 50 storeys should become more acceptable in the near future.

Masterpieces - now that is a different story. Except for the Westin, there is no proposed landmark commercial skyscraper yet.

After a few years they will repent.
