Looks like you are starting to explore the quiet town of Telok Blangah. Nice, isn't it ? :)
The view from Telok Blangah Towers will be similar to The Reflections, but at HDB prices.

Indeed...I think its a lovely area and the views are exotic, I was inspired by your earlier shots of Reflections.

How tall will the Fairways redevelopment be?
Understand that there is a limitation on the height of blocks around Telok Blangah Hill & Mt Faber. However, some blocks are actually already higher than the hill, so I'm not sure what is the actual requirement.

never annc. project still in planning. Bukit Semb said the resi units start higher than the AYE flyover.

The height requirement (per someone from Keppel Corp) is that no building can obstruct the view of Sentosa from the top of Mt Faber. The building should also not obstruct the view of the water's edge from the top of Mt Faber.

This plot and the Harbourview Towers next to it have the same plot ratio. This development probably will be allowed to go as high as its neighbour.
Interestingly there is also a gap between the 2 blocks of Harbourview Tower.
