Is there a way i can insert a table with data from Excel for example??

Or can i make my own???

Let's say i need 3 colums and 4 lines and then put some information there, i imagin there must be a way to do that, if not.. i think you can import this information from an excel document.

Any help would be great.

Make it in Ms. Excel, then screenshot the table and post it as a picture.

You could use the code tags (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/misc.php?do=bbcode#code) for that as it uses a monospaced courier font
