Not bad - good find. Don't think this one has been mentioned here on SSC before. Or is this one the "project" close to IKEA? My Århus geography isn't that good.

My Århus geography isn't that good. No, this is the project just next to the now dead "Ketner Building". That building is now part of this project. It has been mentioned in the highrise thread, but since the designs looks very rough/early I haven't added it.

It's great, nice and slim. And that 45 meter triangle-building is also nice =)

Height is great, but the design is horrible. Looks like a poster from the -80.

/\ I'm sure this ain't the final design...really more on a masterplan stage at the moment.

/\ Seems like most people here have problems reading. This is a great example why we should wait with these threads until we have some final (or close to atleast) renderings...

Yes, I agree. There's no meaning to add a project which don't even got a realistic design yet.

Perhaps someone should ask Swede to close this thread as well? Just as we agreed upon with regard to the "Marble Pier", "Beauvais" etc. threads.

Closing this one, until such time as there are specific proposals. Go to this thread (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=419588) in the mean time.
