Cov Boy May 6th, 2012, 09:50 PM Talati & Panthaky Associated From the architects web-site. http://tparch.net/index.php Not much info or pictures on Palais Royale which I was expecting however; see their other completed & on-going projects which was a total surprise for me. See the interiors they have done for some high net worth individuals (HNWI) in Mumbai on the gallery page, it will make your jaw drop as well as some of their other projects they are working on. They have designed many residential & commercial buildings in Mumbai as well other parts of India. Talati & Panthaky have become one of my favorite architects now. See what you think! dunefreezer May 7th, 2012, 01:21 AM Yeah, completely agree with you except when it comes to high rises, they drop the ball! kalkibhagwan May 7th, 2012, 01:33 AM Disappointed :( deekshith May 8th, 2012, 05:24 PM May 5 2012. There may be even an error of 1-2 floors because of that safety green cloth covering the top part of the building :P Mohit_King May 9th, 2012, 07:06 PM Awesome view...thnx for the pic ds  deekshith May 9th, 2012, 07:17 PM Dont forget the photographer..... thank him as well :) deekshith May 10th, 2012, 05:30 PM May 6 2012. TALLEST, SWANKIEST & COSTLIEST UNDER CONSTRUCTION TOWER --- PALAIS ROYALE OF MUMBAI In the beginning, I start zooming almost ready 45 storey tall 5 star deluxe hotel called Shangri La located at Phoenix Mills, then white colour 32 storey tall tower called Zahra and on it's left 35 storey 5 star deluxe hotel called Four Seasons. Just look how tiny are these towers looking in front of under construction Palais Royale. Till now Imperial Towers at Tardeo, Mumbai at 60 storeys were the tallest at 250 metres. Now it's Palais Royale at Worli which is under construction and its 62 storeys tall at the moment. When completed, it will be 65 storeys high with high ceiling which will make it as high as 80 storeys and height of 338 metres. Each flats of Palais Royale are going to be 5000 square feet big. I have taken this photo near Mahalaxmi station and a view of Race Course can also be seen. A video focused on palais royale taken by the same person as mentioned above. BAuqFlc3Qm0 devendra1 May 11th, 2012, 08:58 AM This building is near TV Tower which itself is 300 meters high. From some of the pics it looked that this building even if topped out may not reach that height. I may be wrong. May be that was an illusion. Can anyone pls confirm ? deekshith May 11th, 2012, 02:31 PM This building is near TV Tower which itself is 300 meters high. From some of the pics it looked that this building even if topped out may not reach that height. I may be wrong. May be that was an illusion. Can anyone pls confirm ? That's just an illusion and you can compare the height like that only if both TV tower and Palais royale are at same distance from the observation point. pkalein May 11th, 2012, 04:37 PM ^^ and in last pic considering 7 floors to go it seemed like it will be nearly twice as compared to TV towe deekshith May 11th, 2012, 05:35 PM ^^ Haha but only from that perspective and not in real. |
