Ariisto Heaven -- Mulund (West), Mumbai

Although rather low key compared to some of the other property developers in Mumbai, Ariisto Developers is undertaking the largest ever proposed project in Mumbai's Mulund neighborhood, and one of the largest single projects in Mumbai:

One tower 45 stories, four towers of 40 stories each:

Four more towers of 40 stories each:

While the Mulund area is no stranger to highrises, these towers coming up together will add a significant amount of girth to the skyline, and will feature one of Mulund's tallest buildings, at 45 floors high. Comprising a total of at least 13 towers and an unspecified number of lowrise buildings, Ariisto Heaven comprises 8,000,000 sq ft and represents a $750 million investment.

Ariisto Heaven will be a self sufficient township, which implies integrated schools, transportation and malls. Renderings also show a significant number of parks and green space in the project and that it will be arranged in a grid pattern with good connectability and pedestrian access.

Renderings show that the towers will sit atop podiums that serve as both parking structures as well as platforms for amenities on top. Based on similar projects in Mumbai, the platforms may contain malls or retail areas as well.

^ A closer look at one of the tower blocks

The names of each tower/tower block have not been released. I am also not 100% sure who the architects are, but what I've found points to CPG Architects, Singapore.

Cheers,
Jai
