I will appreciate if you kindly share the list of available / to be available properties in Abu Dhabi. I am interested in purchase of a villa (4-5 bedrooms). I will also appreciate if you kindly also share the tentative timelines by when these properties will be ready for possession.

I tried to locate this information through various search engines but could not get any however, the good thing is that I landed on this forum.

Additionally, I will also appreciate if you kindly share some information on the real estate agents in Abu Dhabi along with the contact numbers.

Out of kindness rather than mercenary self-interest!!!

These should get you started, although villas aren't easy to come by. Best thing is to get to Cityscape next week if at all possible as I expect there'll be loads released. (Now can I have the 1800 AED? Not as payment of course, just as a gesture of goodwll!)

Cityscape Abu Dhabi is on from the 13th to 15th next week. Lucky you if you're going to be there. According to all the agents I've spoken to, the last big release of Abu Dhabi properties at Cityscape in Dubai in February had people literally fighting to get their deposits on the table. According to one of the women working for the main developers Sorouh, they had to close all sales down completely at one stage. If you're seriously planning to buy make sure you have a cheque with you.
