MANAMA: A $23 million development including eight towers, each nine storeys high, was announced by real estate developer RealCAPITA yesterday.

The contract for the project was awarded to Arabian Architecture.

Real Residence will be one of the first real estate projects developed in the newly-zoned Hidd area.

RealCAPITA development director Mohammed Dhaif said that each tower will consist of ground and mezzanine parking and six floors of apartments, with the top floor dedicated to leisure facilities.

Other recreational facilities available are saunas, steam rooms, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a gymnasium.

Arabian Architecture executive vice-chairman Adham Nabeel said that Real Residence will be the second project to bring both RealCAPITA and Arabian Architecture together, the first being a 55 villa compound in Al Jasra called Real Gardens.

RealVIEWS launched

MANAMA: Property investment firm RealCAPITA yesterday announced the launch of $20m RealViews project at the Al Fateh Corniche.

The 25-storey tower is being built on an area of 12,000sq/ft.

"This type of project is what RealCAPITA was looking forward to since the establishment of the company and we commit to develop and secure modern residential sector through several distinct primers deployed in capitals of several cities of the world," said RealCAPITA vice-chairman and president Mohammed Al Tawash.

RealViews will consist of 58 residential units, containing one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

A unique sea-view swimming pool at the 12th floor, which is in the middle of the tower, in addition to the other indoor swimming pool located at the same floor, health club and other facilities and services.

Work on the development is expected to begin in June for completion in the second quarter of 2010.

The Project look nice looks like its got good location in Manama many project are recently be build and planned over there.

MANAMA: Bahrain-based RealCAPITA has held a groundbreaking ceremony for its $20 million RealVIEWS project at the Al Fateh Corniche. "RealVIEWS has an attractive modern design directly overlooking the sea in a vibrant and one of the most popular residential areas in Bahrain," said RealCAPITA vice-chairman and president Mohammed Al Tawash.

"The tower is close to shopping centres, markets and restaurants, and will have two pools, a health club and other services."

Piling contracting company Keller has been appointed to carry out the surveying and piling work of the project starting this month.

All the engineering drawings and work has been finalised, and work is on the details of interior designs and unit decors is continuing.

The project is expected to be completed by the second half of 2010.
