The organizing committee is expected to tap the Macias Cultural & Sports Center, Aqua Center, Perdices Stadium, and its academic institutions like Silliman University, Foundation University, St. Paul University-Dumaguete and the Negros Oriental State University as venues.

Negros also has good golf courses, tennis courts and a shooting range.

thats good to know. i was just wondering coz most SSC groups are already established...i guess its time for dumaguete to do the same. gather everyone and make a change it doesnt matter if your only few...we started out small man.

SSC is not just about posting updates, photos and exchanging thoughts.... it would be nice if you carry the SSC Dumaguete Group in doing acts of kindness like what the rest are doing. again, This is just a suggestion.

Almost all SSC members here are busy...I travel in and out of Dumaguete from time time, Nicko is also a nurse at the City Health Office, Jundem is a supervisor at SPi...I do not know if we still have time for these organized things like they do in other cities, but we are doing our own acts of mercy like donating during fun runs, and Nicko was one of the volunteers during the Sendong aftermath...

SSC Dumaguete is a loose group united only in the world wide web because that is what we have in common - access to internet which we usually use for work, and posting at SSC is only a side business. We do not have to be like what they are doing in other cities...

Agree, and we do not need to create one organization just to share our blessings or help those who are in need, because we do have our individual affiliations for this purpose.....

Hi, Ton :)..only the big city SSC groups are organized, as far as I know. Just ceb, dvo, cdo, ilo and bcd cguro..get-togethers here rarely attract more than 3 people; ssc duma usually does not have more than 4 active posters at any given time..small place, few people, few forumers; but we are good friends naman dito. Mahirap lang magtugma ang scheds namin. Knowing demsie, nicko, ritch and alinghi, I'm sure they all pitched in for the relief efforts. However, our small individual contributions pale in comparison to those made by our big-hearted neighbors. We'd rather talk about their generosity (including you guys) rather than pat ourselves on the back for actions that are in fact, required of us.

Negros copper reserve up for sale

COPPER DEVELOPMENT Corp. (CDC) is looking to sell off its stake in a copper prospect in Negros Occidental to allow it to focus efforts on another site on the island, a statement released late last week showed.

“Copper Development is pleased to announce that its strategy is now to focus on the Basay project and, consequently, plans to pursue a trade sale or joint venture of the Hinoba-an Project following the issuance shortly of a comprehensive technical report on the project,” the miner said in the statement.

A technical report on the current status of the Hinoba-an project will be released in eight weeks for potential partners or buyers.

The report will include an updated resource estimate which is seen to show “a further increase” in the estimated metal deposit.

The Sipalay Hinoba-an copper project, according to Copper Development’s Web site, is estimated to have a post-tax net present value (NPV) of $485 million at a copper price of $3.00 per pound assuming an annual throughput of 15 million tons.

CDC has a 92.5% economic interest in the Hinoba-an project, which it acquired in 2009.

The company’s move to sell or tie up with another firm for the project is in line with an Ernst & Young forecast that deal-making may increase among mining and metals companies this year due to an “[unwillingness] to stall growth plans” in the face of economic uncertainty.

Copper Development said it is shifting its strategic focus to the Basay project in Negros Oriental after noting “excellent drill results” and “interest exhibited... by several major international companies.”

The company holds a 70% stake in the Basay project which it is developing through a joint venture agreement with Solfotara Mining Corp. -- Bettina Faye V. Roc

iPad program to go on full swing

http://dumaguetemetropost.com/clients/dumaguetemetropost/2-18-2012-5-02-33-PM-8199517.jpg

After a highly successful pilot program that became a first in the Philippines, Foundation University is expanding its iPad program to cover grades 4-6 and 1-4th year high school starting June 2012.

The expanded iPad program won the approval of the Parents-Teachers Association for both the elementary and high school departments.

This means that students enrolling from grade 4 until 4th year high school would be required to have an iPad, a highly revolutionary and portable computer tablet that is gaining acceptance worldwide as a valuable tool in education.

With electronic textbooks developed by Vibal Publishing House for all elementary and high school levels, the iPad program ensures that students no longer have to lug heavy books to school.

“The iPad program is designed to make your kids smarter,” said Victor Vicente G. Sinco, university vice president for Finance and Administration and the iPad’s first fan in Dumaguete City.

Sinco looks at various websites every day to learn new and better ways to use the iPad for educational purposes and she shares what he learns with the teachers and administrators of the university.

Initially, an iPad may sound expensive, Sinco admits, “but if you look closely, it amounts to only P15 per day!”

Sinco said parents are free to get their iPads from any source. “They may choose from among our suppliers or they can get their iPads through relatives abroad,” he said.

V-Day campaign to hold show for earthquake victims

A second running of Eve Ensler’s A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant and A Prayer (Writings to Stop Violence against Women and Girls), the show will be held at the Luce Auditorium on Thursday, 1 March 2 at 8 pm.

On the local front, the V-Day Campaign has chosen to donate substantially its proceeds to the 1st District earthquake victims, and in part, to the Young Advocates for Theatre and the Arts, a local community theatre group founded by Dessa Quesada-Palm, the show’s director. The group continues to propagate today’s young people to take a stand on current issues through theatre performances for free in the local communities, whose work has been awarded among the Ten Most Accomplished Young Organizations in 2009.

Tickets available at the SU Psychology Department, SUSG, and the Sen. Jovito R. Salonga Center for Law & Development.

IT industry to expand; education still major economic driver

Dumaguete City’s information technology industry is set for expansion, particularly in business process outsourcing non-voice sector.

Du shared that the population of call center agents would reach 6,000 by yearend with a salary range from an entry level of P10,000 to P12,000.

Qualfon is expanding to the Link-Sy IT Park along North Road that spans 1.2 hectares. Other locators are eyed to come in from the business process outsourcing industry, particularly non-voice.

Du said he believes that the IT sector, particularly the call center industry, has almost reached its saturation point. “Dumaguete produces 6,000 college graduates per year. For every 100 applicants, eight to 10 get accepted. We do not want to encourage poaching (pirating) of call center employees. That is not too healthy for the industry and not good for Dumaguete. Investors might find it too expensive once salaries of agents get too high,” he said.

Major national developments have pre-empted this increase in residency. Camella, which is part of Vista Land and Lifescapers Inc, the largest homebuilder in the Philippines with over 250,000 houses in 21 provinces in 48 cities and municipalities, recently built the City’s newest premier address – Camella Dumaguete – increasing the pride of place and sense of community for those who wish to make Dumaguete their second home.

DAFA – Re-envisioning Rizal Boulevard
http://foundationu.com/dafa/files/2010/09/dafa.png

The Foundation University Department of Architecture has been charged with studying the quintessential element of Dumaguete City – Rizal Boulevard. The task for this project is to address the present and future needs of the “show window” of Dumaguete City. Successful proposals will enhance existing conditions; propose elements to address important needs, and create an environment that will serve as a model for future waterfront development in the Philippines.

Students have been encouraged to consider the following in their proposals:

* A proposal with a clear diagram and conceptual ideas that are transposed to human elements, landscape, and urban space.
* The relationships and connections of the waterfront to the rest of the city and beyond and the need to accommodate the various everyday functions of the waterfront – as a working port, important transportation arterial, tourist destination, and part of everyday life for locals of Dumaguete.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the design of the primary elements that give form to space in the city (streets, public space, landscape).
* In addition to the specific needs for this proposal to directly address sidewalks, pedestrian activity, existing buildings, traffic calming, parking, etc, this urban proposal allows for radical rethinking of the role of this area of the city. Students were encouraged to create visionary proposals projecting the future of the city rather than merely practical solutions to a set of immediate problems. As such, a proper phasing of the proposal is a requirement to feasibly realize visions over time.

DAFA held mid-reviews for student’s projects on January 27. Selected critics and faculty listened to student’s presentations and provided feedback for the development of student work. Students will present two more times before the end of the semester – the final presentation will be with the Mayor of Dumaguete City.

BOI-registered firms commit P3.74-billion total investments

Big-ticket tourism-related projects were approved in Dumaguete and Cagayan de Oro. "The tourism accommodation facility projects could spur economic growth for the region," said Cristobal. Meanwhile, the geothermal project approved in Camarines Sur is also seen to provide long-term benefits in lowering electricity costs and reduce dependency on traditional energy sources. "The agriculture-related investments, particularly for banana exports validate our core strategy in the Philippine Export Development Plan (PEDP). We are gradually lessening our dependence on electronics. This highlights the importance of diversification to sustain long-term growth," Cristobal added. Ninety-two percent of investment commitments came from domestic investors. Among foreign investors, Japan ranked highest at P 190.4 million following the gradual strengthening of its economy and the mid-term impact of brisk trade under the Philippine Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (PJEPA). New investments from Japan were on motor vehicle manufacturing possibly brought about by the supply chain disruptions in ThaiLand. Among the top investors for the month next to Japan are China, Australia, Malaysia, and Russia.

Every week, there is always a concert, a literary workshop or poetry reading, a play, a dance, an exhibit, a film showing, or some other cultural activity taking place in a number of exhibition halls and performance spaces, such as the Claire Isabel McGill Luce Auditorium and Gallery, the Woodward Little Theater, the Guy Hall Music Sala, the Silliman Hall Gallery, the Amphitheater, the Main Library, the Gymnasium, the Audio-Visual Theater, the End House Gallery, the Silliman Church Catacombs, and others. Before the Luce Auditorium's completion in 1975, Shakespearean plays were regularly presented in the Amphitheater, and prestigious performing companies such as Le Grand Ballet Classique de France and such musical luminaries as pianist Susan Starr have performed in the Gymnasium.

In 1962, the Cultural Affairs Committee was formed under the able chairmanship of Prof. Miriam G. Palmore, who was the former director of the School of Music and Fine Arts (now the College of Performing Arts). Among the famous artists and performers in those early years of the Luce Auditorium included the Cultural Center of the Philippines Dance Company, Taipei Children's Choir, French concert pianist Nicole Delannoy, German violinist Denes Zsigmondy, American soprano Julia Finch, Swiss pianist Nicole Wickihalder, Filipina pianist Cecile Licad, American violinist Stanley Plummer, and popular local singers such as Pilita Corrales who was then a singing superstar in Australia. Silliman's own artists and performers also dominated the cultural landscape, including the Men's Glee Club under the baton of maestro Albert Faurot, the Silliman Young Singers and the Luce Choral Society under Mrs. Isabel Dimaya Vista, the Silliman Dance Troupe (now the Kahayag Dance Troupe) under Mrs. Lucy Jumawan, the Aldecoa Family Ensemble, and the Portal Players under Mr. Amiel Y. Leonardia.

i'm really looking forward to the next CAC season..

these are the quality of shows that only residents of Metro Manila can conveniently enjoy.. we Dumagueteños should consider ourselves very lucky to have a culturally-inclined community to nurture our understanding of the world..

this is why Dumaguete is the undisputed "Cultural Center of the South"

no other city in the Visayas and Mindanao can whip up these top-class and highly-sought cultural shows consistently season after season

Nice Nice.. :) By the way, you mean the staff are not from Dumaguete?

Some are not from Dumaguete like the Operations Manager and higher positions. Hotel Manager, Duty Managers and other staff are from Dumaguete. They will open probably by March 15 as requested by Silliman University. Idungan daw sa graduation nila as said by my friends working there.

Dumaguete Bishop John Du is the new ARCHBISHOP OF PALO. :)

Pope names John Du Archbishop of Palo (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/152193/pope-names-john-du-archbishop-of-palo-2)

MANILA, Philippines—Pope Benfedict XVI has named Dumaguete Bishop John Du the new head of the archdiocese of Palo, Leyte, in Eastern Visayas.
The Vatican on Saturday night announced the appointment of Du, 57, as the new archbishop of Palo, Leyte, a post that had been vacant since Archbishop Jose Palma was transferred to Cebu in October 2010.
Papal Nuncio to the Philippines Archbishop Guiseppe Pinto relayed the news of Du’s appointment to Msgr. Pedro Quitorio, media director of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP).
Du was born on Oct. 18, 1954, in Bantayan, Cebu. He was ordained a priest on June 1, 1979, after obtaining degrees in philosophy and theology from the San Carlos Seminary College in Cebu and the Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay City.
In 1997, Pope John Paul II appointed him Auxiliary Bishop of Cebu. He was named Bishop of Dumaguete on April 21, 2001.
Currently, the archbishop-elect is the CBCP treasurer and chair of the CBCP Pension Plan. The archdiocese of Palo had 1.2 million Catholics as of 2004 and its suffragan dioceses include Borongan, Calbayog, Catarman and Naval.

ICT Negros supports BPO thru scholarship program

The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Association in Negros Oriental in partnership with member-companies of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) invite individuals who wish to become call center agents. Scholarship programs will be given to qualified applicants. These scholarship programs are being managed by the information technology-business process outsourcing industry-based training for work scholarship program. According to ICT Dumaguete president Randy Bandiola, 900 slots for scholarship will be offered by three Tesda accredited schools. Metro Dumaguete College is now starting for admission of 400 scholars, while the remaining 500 slots will be handled by Philippine Call Center Institute (PCCI) and Science Technology Institute (STI).

Bandiola further said the ICT association had established linkages with schools and LGUs to recruit more potential ICT workers in the province. According to deputy director general Teodoro Pascua of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) P4.5 million budget was allotted for the TWSP. The training includes voice or call center training and non-voice BPO training for legal, health, care information management, publishing, animation, game development and software development.

The Diocese of Dumaguete prohibits a Catholic baptism of the 2nd baby and onwards if one or both parents are not Catholic or parents were not married under Catholic rites. They would only allow if its the first born child. In order for the child to be baptized, a non Catholic parent must first convert to Catholicism or parents will renew their vow of marriage under Catholic rites.

Jesus does not discriminate. Why would the leaders of the Catholic Church discriminate and deny a baby from being given a Catholic baptism? Why would they discriminate a non Catholic parent or invalidate a non Catholic imarriage? Afterall, it is still the same Jesus that is being worshiped and glorified. Are there 2 Jesus? The Jesus of the Catholics and the Jesus of the non Catholics?

Parchie, I am asking you if is this off topic?

This is in relation to the by laws of the Diocese of Dumaguete and a continuation to Ponsing's post in relation to the topic about Dumaguete Bishop John Du, and if my memory serves me right the title of this thread is still Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental.

According to my neighbor who works on our parish church, this policy was crafted by the Diocese of Dumaguete which may or may not have been practice to the other diocese in the Philippines.

By the way, I'm a Catholic and have nothing personal against Bishop John Du. Just speaking the truth and the existence of this policy.

We talk about the latest gimmicks, bars, and clubs in Dumaguete. We talk about the new laws and ordinance of this province. Basically, everything under the sun hovering above the province of Negros Oriental had been discussed here. Why can't we discuss here a policy of the Diocese of Dumaguete which is still within the scope?

It's up to you comment or pass on this topic but never say it's "no-no in these fora".

Naku, good luck kayo sa kanya hehe...

^^ is there anything or something wrong with the outgoing Dumaguete prelate? :ohno: :ohno: I really assume that his credentials are good considering that the Holy Father have chosen and elevated him to become the Archbishop of Palo and I believe he is also an officer of the CBCP(?).

I hope Dumaguete City would implement an ordinance like this to lessen garbage
http://www.wowcavite.com/news-and-features/tagaytay-bans-plastic-and-%E2%80%98styrophor%E2%80%99/

Ongoing pa di-ay sa council...

I like the debates on the use of plastic bags in Dumaguete. According to the proposed ordinance “An Ordinance Prohibiting the Use of Plastic Shopping Bags on Dry Goods & Regulating its Utilization on Wet Goods in the City of Dumaguete and Prescribing Penalties Thereof,” Section 4 speaks of regulating the use of plastic bags on wet goods; Section 5 prohibits the distribution and selling of plastic bags on dry goods; Section 6 provides that plastic wastes will not be collected but must be cleaned and dried before it is submitted to their respective barangays for proper disposal; Section 8 speaks of the information, education and communication campaign necessary for the effective implementation of the ordinance; Section 10 enumerates the prohibited acts on selling, providing and disposing of plastic bags; and Section 11 sets forth the penalties for violation of the ordinance.

For the Dumaguete proponents of the ordinance, the idea is for the total elimination of the use of plastic, but first there is a need for a paradigm shift among the Dumagueteños. In the first phases, there are compromises and flexibility on the mix of bans and allowable use, which down the road the city folks can decide when to totally ban the plastics. I can agree on this.

I'll repeat: It's a "NO-NO" to post attacks on religion! You keep it in mind. I will request the mods to sanitize the page on your post if you continue.

Here, read the rules as posted by one of the moderators: I Basic Rules; 1. Content of post; b.) The following will not be tolerated (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1435450)

Parchie, you have very slow comprehension in understanding what you read, you keep that in mind.

Was my earlier statement an attack against a religion?

Did I issue blatant derogative statements against the general Catholic Church? Is there anything abusive on my statements against the Catholics? Did I ridicule the Roman Catholic faithful's beliefs, practices, tradition, and worship? Did I mention anything blasphemous against the Christian faith? I will be cooked on my own oil as I am also a Catholic.

Perhaps the word "criticize" is foreign to you. It was a criticism. Criticism is different from Attack. In fact that criticism was not against whole Roman Catholic Church, it was not against the totality of the Diocese of Dumaguete, it was not against a specific person, but it was against a certain policy. This is neither hearsay nor a figment of the imagination, this is an actual existing policy depriving a baby from being baptize if a parent or parents are non Catholics or were being wed on a non Catholic rites. It has been enacted and implemented. This is existing and real.

Here's another hint. (?) - this is what you call a question mark. 5 out of the 7 sentences I have on the 2nd paragraph all ended in a question mark. What that means is that my statements are neither declarative, exclamatory, nor imperative. I am not imposing my views to others for them to obey and follow but rather asking questions to the readers for them to contemplate, think, and analyze my views and decide for themselves whether to agree or not.

Since you open up regarding the Skyscrapercity Rules. I will cite you Rule I-4:
Users should have an open mind with different opinions, especially on moral issues. If you have seen a post by another user whose opinion is unpleasant for you, then try to prove him wrong through arguments, not arguing. You should under no circumstances resort to insulting other members.

Instead of proving me wrong through arguments you opted for a cowardice act of threatening me to "request the mods to sanitize the page on your post if you continue." Very well then.

I COMMAND YOU TO REPORT THIS TO THE MODS! Let an impartial and thinking moderator decide whether my earlier post is an attack against a religion or not. Let's get it on.

(Addendum: My apologies to fellow posters. This will be my last reply to Parchie regarding this matter. Any succeeding replies will be through PM. I just need to made this public to clear myself that my earlier post is not an attack against a religion and not an off topic issue as it is within the realms about Dumaguete and Negros Oriental)

Lourdes Falls (Sitio Tagubang, Barangay Narra)
Situated 20 kilometers from the city proper, Lourdes Falls never fails to earn the admiration of nature trekkers and picnickers. The enchanting falls has cascading crystal clear water that finds its way along multi-tiered levels that drop into a pool like basin, inviting you to take a dip to refresh and relax your tired body especially on hot summer days.

Going there is in itself an adventure, passing through thickets and lush vegetation.

SULAW Grad is Top 6 in Bar Exams
Wednesday, Feb 29 3:36 PM

Ivan Maxino Bandal, who graduated from the College of Law in March 2011, is Top 6 in the Bar Exams, based on the results released recently by the Supreme Court.

Twelve other Sillimanians join the country's new lawyers, registering a passing average of 65 per cent for the University. The national passing average is 31.95 per cent.

ritch, can you give me info about planting rubber trees? we have an idle 1.5has. land in Sibulan which i've always wanted to develop

Let's meet...That idle land now has its time. The land that I'm establishing as a rubber plantation has been idle for about 50 years. Rubber trees are said to be better than sugarcane as cash crops as they need need no extra caring (unlike sugarcane that you have to fertilize several times and watch out for weeds every now and then) and thrive well in the forest, therefore contributing to the reforestation efforts of the government. Rubber plantations is one of the reasons Malaysia's economy grew fast in the 1980s.

Some infos on rubber cultivation:

http://blog.agriculture.ph/rubber-production-in-the-philippines.html

http://www.gupta-verlag.com/general/news/industry/10536/PHILIPPINES-Rubber-production-possible-in-Luzon

They were thinking before that rubber trees could only thrive in Mindanao, that now that rubber trees are growing well in Bayawan, they were proven wrong. In fact many rubber planters in Mindanao are buying lands in Bayawan and Dauin-Zamboanguita areas for rubber plantation. I heard there are already hacienderos in Negros Occidental that are establishing rubber plantations, with seedlings and technology gotten from the City of Bayawan...

For more particulars on rubber production in the province such as nurseries and suppliers, I have more info...

Suya kaayo ko sa ilang Government Center....

Hope Maka kita si Mayor Sagarbarria ani.....ug maggama sad ug nice nga Government Center for Dumaguete City.......

SU Med School wins natl quiz bee

Senior Jennilie Faith Bomediano and sophomores Lawrence Laurel and Ray Raphael de Guzman scored the highest in both elimination and final rounds that generated a total of 108 questions. They won against the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay College of Medicine.

UMS continues to develop innovative learning approaches into its curriculum. In 2010, its first batch of graduates garnered 100 percent in the Physician Licensure Exam. The same perfect mark was repeated the next year.

Established in 1992, Mariyah Gallery in Dumaguete City Negros Oriental Philippines has been dedicated to the promotion and advancement of art and culture. It is the coordinating and implementing body of the Dumaguete Open Biennial Terra Cotta Art Festival Exhibit and Competition, which successfully launched its first year of series of events in 2005.

Haven to visual artists, the Gallery also hosts other events. The Gallery offers its space to activities like the Philippine Writing Workshop, directed by the National Artist for Literature, Dr. Edith L. Tiempo. It also lends its space and extends its services to performers based in the locality and neighboring provinces. In 1994, it assisted the Visayas Islands Visual Artists Exhibit and Conference (VIVA-ExCon) hold their series of activities in Dumaguete City. It also initiates Art Workshops for children and adults during summer and for every opportunity if afforded by time.

The Gallery offers a Residency Program on Terra Cotta to artists that show high interest in the medium. The Residency is held every two year with the main objective of meeting one requirement of the Terra Cotta Biennial, that is to produce well-meaning terra cotta works for the Special Exhibition, one of the relevant features of the Biennial. The Residency is also a vital step for the Gallery’s interest on the resulting application of clay as a medium on the following considerations: the artist’s contemporary pursuit in art making, art form, artistic motivation(s), and discourses that come with every attempt of using the medium.

One of the objectives of the Gallery at present is to continue its studies on the different clay types that can be found in the island of Negros, and on related matters that might be of profound relevance to the continuity of the artist’s interest in exploring the medium and the tradition of the potter.

Although the Gallery gives preference to project related art exhibition (s), it accepts proposal for art exhibitions on any medium from individual artist or group of artists whose aims or offers are good.

Also home to Cristina “Kitty” S. Taniguchi, Maria S. Taniguchi and Danni Sollesta, Mariyah Gallery is located within the city area. It is approximately 3 to 5 minute ride from the Dumaguete Airport, the Dumaguete Warf, and the commercial area. It has an extensive garden that is used for sculptures and other installations, and has a wall area that can accommodate at least 10 to 15 regular size paintings.

Mariyah Gallery was a member of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts – National Committee on Art Galleries in June 2005 to July 2007. It is duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission Office and the Department of Trade and Industry.

Finally PHIVOLCS confirms that the oscillation of the sea along Tanon Strait last Feb.6, 2012 right after the earthquake was indeed a tsunami, according to their latest poster for the Negros Earthquake

http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/65777_10150593798499290_712604289_9329828_1296565106_n.jpg

Its good that people of the coastal areas in Negros are quick to run to higher ground after the shaking stopped. This saved many lives during the Feb. 1990 Bohol Sea Earthquake (M 6.9) and July 12, 2011 Sipalay Earthquake (M 6.8)

Beside Chowking-Perdices. A portion of Scooby's-Main (their narrow space with entrance along Perdices) will be occupied by this new coffee shop. It will have an al fresco area, free wifi, and might open 24/7. I hope it will give Kofficcino a run for their money (Kofficcino's service and music sucks BIG TIME! Az en! :ohno:) Anyway, it's owned by Isabel Sagarbarria-Pinili, the daughter of our Mayor.. :D

http://dumaguetemetropost.com/clients/dumaguetemetropost/3-4-2012-9-13-48-PM-4074151.jpg

Bandal graduated from the SU College of Mass Communication in 2003 as magna cum laude. Although he said that being a Masscom graduate gave him an edge in the Bar, "any course that involves a lot writing” would be a good preparatory course because law involves a lot of writing.

Bandal currently works at the Sebastian & Associates Law Firm in Makati, and sees himself five to 10 years from now helping people with their legal needs, while contributing his talents for nation-building.

This will be full dealership, because right now we are a branch of the Nissan Bacolod dealer, so if it will be a promotion it has to be a full dealership...

I asked the Automall guys sa Rob last year and they said mid-2012 they're relocating pud kuno sa Calindagan so I was just wondering...in that case, maglisud na gyud ang Automall, two of their best-selling brands (Nissan and Hyundai) will have their own offices this year.

i suggest you don't try at all, hehe.. i tried FilOil and Star Oil, and i noticed an obvious dip in the engine's performance.. they say their additives technology is not yet at par with the Big 3

no wonder the price is astronomical.. so they have to ship the fruits from Leyte.. we have plenty of organic and mass-produced fruit farms in the province, RLC should tap them instead :ohno:
