Nador (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/29/Nador_tifinagh.JPG) is a northeastern Moroccan city located in the Rif region. The city is a Mediterranean port on the Bhar Amezzyan (Mar Chica in Spanish) lagoon and a trading centre for fish, fruit, and livestock. It is linked to Mellilia, 10 kilometers north, by a semi-motorway.

Nador is populated by Tarifit speaking population of more than 180,000 dwellers.

it seems that a lot of things has changed for the better since the last time I visited nador.

Je connais ce souk, pour y être allé.

On m'a dit qu'au début c'était sensé être un centre commercial, mais l'investisseur (Maroco-germanique) avait oublié à l'époque que notre cher Makhzen de Rabat arrêtait et bloquait par tous les moyens le développement des régions du nord. :ohno::ohno:

Donc, ils lui avaient mis les bâtons dans les roues.
C'était l'époque de la république bannanière du Maroc

...Enfin, heureusement que ça a commencé à changer avec S.M. Mohamed VI

Merci à l'acharnement du makhzen durant des années contre cette ville (et toute la région nord) qui était si bien organisée à l'époque du protectorat espagnol. Faut dire que ça a porté ses fruits quand même!

Les façades latérales des immeubles peintes en rouge donnent un aspect très plaisant à la ville! Ca fait un peu comme les toits (les toits pentus ou à tuiles donnent peuvent changer littéralement l'apparence d'un immeuble; y'a qu'à voir les villages espagnols ou portugais et leurs équivalents chez nous...visuellement c'est pas pareil).

ps: on this topic i see images from all the province Nador, Cap de l eau is a village in the province Nador it belongs to the rifian tribe kebdana and they are one of the important rifians tribes of Nador province.

i see here images of bouyafar that counts more beaches and inhabitants then Cap de leau (Cap de leau has one beach and almost 5000 inhabitants) and i see here also images from Arekman also a kebdani village..

so why separating my small village Cap de l eau from Nador ??
can some one answer me ? because its very strange to see on this forum people outside cap de leau & Nador deciding about to separate us from other kebdanis and other nadoris.. and this starts since the lost many km's in saidia to fadessa. but let them dream on because they dont know that ower grandfathers fought with honor and blood for their land against every stranger. we are Nadoris and we stay Nadoris. we are Rifians and we stay Rifians, we are kebdanis and we stay kebdanis.

yeah i saw that thread but me as a Nadori and Kebdani originated from kaboyawa i am against separating villages of Nador in this forums, like i mentioned before, then we most make plenty of topics just for the many cities and villages that Nador counts. and who are you to decide about where i put images of a village in Nador province ??

you are refering to wikipedia that cap de leau has that many inhabitants? lol i know my village and i can tell you we have now no more then 5000 inhabitants if you are talking about all the inhabitants of all villages of commune ras elma thats something else then Cap de leau the village. even bigger cities like azghenghan dont have so many inhabitants.

Ofcourse we have more places and beaches with cristalblue water (all most all the water arround the province Nador is of good quality, in the past i got a map about the quality of the water of moroccan beaches, bocana was even better in the list then beaches arround alhoceima. if i found that map i will place him). and if you look on a moroccan map , you can see that Nador province have more coast line then tetouane and tanger together. Nador beaches started from Cap de l eau, untill souani in Trougout temsaman

the problem with Nador beaches is the infrastructure and the routes. we have sometimes beaches that you only can reach with a boat.

Horrible la ville!

Je te trouve trop dure avec Nador, surtout qu'elle a résisté courageusement à la période de marginalisation du nord, mieux que Tétouan même!

thats maybe only 20% of all the beaches that Nador province count. the most beaches you just saw are located i beni chikar and beni Said, we have also beaches of Kebdana and beaches of Temsamane. only arround tres forcas in beni chikar you have maybe more then 10 little bays with nice small beaches. i think even better our beaches are yet natural not like the commercial beaches arround tetouan and tanger.
i eman we have places you were you can stay on a beach all alone like arround tres forkas and tcharrana between playas tramontana and tcharrana you have many beaches in cala's.

from Kaboyawa (cap de l eau) untill temsamane belive that's alot of beaches and many of those beaches i dont know even the name.

No Not because of that! because all we know that high people from the military and rich families from other regions in morocco are the one who dealing drugs. Nador is builded by their own sons and 90% of that power comes from the mony of the Nadori immigrants in europe. they are the one who builded homes and creat a big city like Nador, because Nador in the past teh city was only the old spanish quarter in the centro arround the cornich
