I like the design but unfortunately the marble finish lets it down. It looks as if the designers failed to evoke Taj Mahal (and failed quite poorly at that). The idea was nice but in hindsight, not realistic at all. If the exterior remained bright-white at all times, it would have been amongst the best buildings in the world. Also, I know this is going to sound almost preposterous but I think that the design might just be true enough that it could become a legendary building in Toronto (ala Empire State in New York) 30-40 years down the road. Not that I'm suggesting that the two buildings are similar in any regard but FCP does hold that potential. Just my opinion.

However, at the moment its 7.5/10 at best.

I was a little bit disappointed when I saw this building for the first time, because in pictures it looks so nice and clean, but when you stand in front of it you see it´s kind of neglected.
Here two stories don´t even have windows!!

Yeah, it needs a major facelift. There are talks about replacing the marble with white glass, as it's becoming a safety concern. Some of the panels are even falling off when there are high winds.

I love this tower. It's boxy, but it's one of the few towers that can look this good as a box. I also like the horizontal lines far more than the vertical lines on the Aon Center.

I think you will find that antennas do not count toward the height of the building. You are probably thinking of spires which do count.
