I actually like this apartment block! I love the dark elements! it sort of hides the evidence of being a "block of flats"!!! ive seen many many worse unit blocks!! this is fine!!

I quite like it ! As Cul said the darker, more 'corporate' tones, help camouflage any architectural deficiencies.

Yes, reminds me a bit of world tower. Agree it looks better from the side probably because it looks taller. Very undistinguished building.

Ill take TODAYS Meriton over CE anyday by the looks of it

I quite like it. The only thing I don't like, is the side front windows. It should of been from floor to ceiling windows, rather than having smaller square windows. Which the yucking side CE development. Too much painted concreate. 7.5/10

However you can't compare this developemnt to World tower. World Tower is in a different league. World Tower is same league as Eureka. Both worthy landmark development, which make any city proud. I love the World Tower side, as many contour shapes. Southpoint is just flat.

If Southpoint cheapest Melbourne apartment, I don't mind living in it!
