Bratislava is capital of Slovak republic, population cca 450 000.
this skyscraper is NBS Tower, highest slovak building (111m) built in 2001. Blava is only 60km eastly from Vienna and it is economical centre of the region with GDP/person fast like EU average....

ill give it a 6.5/10 thats alot for this city im only giving it this because it has some nice buildings but overall this city has alot of problems like famine and garbage crappy parts of town (worse than alot of cities) i know we are judging the skyline but i think the city isnt that great anyway its decent

i was a little harsh i guess some of the buildings r ok. The city is a little wierd though i get a wierd feeling when i see it i dont think id ever go there. :cheers:

I have been to Bratislava maybe 7 years ago... Very friendly and nice city with Habsburg Dynasty castle on a hill, modern bridge, amazing Oldtown, zoo... Missing... ;)

Since much of my family is from Slovakia (Kezmarok), I have to give Bratislava some props. 8/10.

5/10, but a nice city.

I've been to Bratislava last august and i've found this city very neat and peaceful but also booming at the same time. I really like the new NBS tower. The skyline seen from the Hrad's terrace is also beautiful. The complex view of danubian baroque town and arising towers in the background is truly lovely, and with more skyscrapers in the future could be impressive also. So - 7/10

Bratislava is one of my favourites!
Great proportion between old and new.
Nice to see that many old buildings have been revitalised and renovated... There are many plans and the city is as for Eastern standards really modern! including many towers uc/planned :D

After Prague Pressburg (thats the english/german name) has got the best skyline in ex czechoslovakia- there are some highrises but too far from each other and I also dont like commieblocks but the modern towers give good future perspectives- 6/10
