Main contractor for Maiden Real Estate Project, G-Emporium, in Dubai appointed


GIO Developments, part of Galadari Investment Office (GIO), the luxury holding group, have appointed Simplex Infrastructures as main contractors for building the G-Emporium, GIO's property in City of Arabia, Dubai, which includes residential as well as commercial real estate units.
Ani Ray, Country Director, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd said: "Simplex Infrastructures admires the vision of GIO and is delighted to add them to our growing portfolio of world-class clients. To play such an integral role in the creation of such a magnificent development is thrilling and we remain committed to ensuring the continued success of this project."

Simplex Infrastructures, a leading service provider of infrastructure and real estate, will build the two 280m high, 45-storey property, the contract for which is worth US$ 360 million, with completion of the project set for 2010.
