This is a 22-story residence hall being constructed at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. If I'm not mistaken, the project is seeking LEED Gold certification.

Yeah, and it looks awful in real life, especially those salmon colored pre-cast panels, 10x worse than the already hideous commieblock style white ones. This adds density, but why does it have to be this ugly? Even worse than almost all of the random commieblock projects in the Boston area.
