Contractor: Al Habtoor Leighton
Description: Similar to the Al Dareen Tower, it is some 176 metres high. Work on this project is also under way, with completion scheduled for 2010.

Btw the tower is 39 stories mixed use (12 floors for office and the remaining higher floors are for residential. There are many facilities for this building.

there is no extra thousand floors underground, its just its not shown on the render.

Perhaps its half residential and half commercial. Its Al Jazi Real Estate, same company owned by Faisal Bin Jassim.

Residential from Level 1 to top... moreover, to answer everyone's concern about the parking, there will be 2 basement level parking and an open ground floor parking...
