Don't quite understand why they choose the name...SOHO abbrev. of South Of Houson..two hip streets in Manhattan, and vida is 'life'...so it's SOHO lifestyle in Ceylon Hill? But then again I'm prolly making a hill out of lil mole...what's in a name right? but they do gotta make sense..

Vida Soho, Ceylon Hill, KL (New Launch - Introduction)
Bukit Ceylon is located just about ten minutes from KLCC itself, and is in fact considered as one the more prime areas just at the fringe of the Golden Triangle. It is not immediate KLCC, but it is a very much sought after location now as land gets scarcer in the golden areas. Bukit Ceylon is tucked away after the Tong Shin area, which might come off as not as desirable with the number of dilapidated buildings there. Well, real estate is strange at times, and though Tong Shin appears not as in demand, Ceylon itself is a hotter postcode despite being further in. Bukit Ceylon has many older developments as well, and the newest now being Vida Soho, a project owned by Spritzer Resources. Built-ups here come smaller than the oversized luxurious units launched recently, starting from only 643sf. Although there is no definite pricing at the moment, there was talk previously that pricing would be from at least RM700-800 persf onwards. With the recent hike in raw material prices, it won't be a shock to find the developer marking up unit prices to at least RM900-1000 persf eventually, perhaps more. If they do price units here at that benchmark, one would then argue that the developments along Jalan Tun Razak like 231TR and Goldhill Bintang might be better bets considering that both are completed / close to completion. And if Vida Soho exceeds the RM1200 persf mark, then others like Marc Residences and Idaman Residence might be even better off with their walking distance location to Suria KLCC. Investment wise, it all boils down to what Spritzer prices their units at. There is potential with rental prospects here. At even RM800-1300 persf, rental is still relatively in proportion to owners and affordable to tenants. We are looking at anything from RM4-9 persf. So whatever Vida Soho's price, there is potential, just a matter of whether it is wiser to flock back to Jalan Tun Razak where 231TR and Goldhill are, or Jalan P Ramlee where Marc and Idaman Residence are. For own stay, Ceylon is a convenient area to reside in if you are into city living. Just bear in mind the congestion especially during peak hours.

tried calling the sales person. out of the 3, two have moved companies. the remaining one doesnt pick up. and the office number has been disconnected. LOL.
talk about a dead project.

Could this project possibly be affected by legalities surrounding hillside developments? I mean kinda like Suasana Bkt Ceylon / Raja Chulan Residence (until today im still wondering if those two are the same)? :hm:

Came across your website and info on Vida Soho @ Bukit Ceylon.
The project has not cancelled. But renamed to Vida Bukit Ceylon instead. The are some update and target to launch is Q2 2012. In fact, we are open for booking now.
