Hi,Does anyone know the current status of this project? What's the general perception about the quality/location of this project? An enquiry with DLF said that the smaller units facing the river are all sold out. Does anyone know the price in the resale market? Would greatly appreciate any input. Thanks

And I'd predict from those construction photos I would be done sometime in mid or later next year.

Choice gardens should be around 3500 psf. Riverside at around 5000-5250 psf base price now. Still a few months from launch. They plan to launch it at 6000 psf from what I hear.

Chakolas does really premium apartments too.just that they are never advertised.
