This is an interesting project. Going by the price in their website this one is definitely defying the world economic recession. The starting price was 51 lakh less than a year. Now the starting price in their web site is 65 lakh. Around 33% difference in price in one year lone. Looks like they want to offset any effect of recession from this project's books.

Thanks for the new pictures, looks like a slow progress.

It's very slow, only grown by a floor since Oct 29.

This seems to be growing at a floor a month. Probably be finshed in 18 months time :ohno:

Update on Aug 2011

As per the latest updates, the apparment will be handed over (completion) by April 2012. However the second tower is still a question.

The taller one will probably be done by 2014 if it goes at the same pace as the shorter one.

From where did you get this info. The first tower itself is facing soo many issuess and I dont think that they will be able to lauch the second one..

The second tower is not yet launched ! The progress is still very very slow.
