Theres a huge plot that I thot was the fountains project in between the green tower and the Al Gurg bldg in deira and Khanshaheb has the contract. It two towers one res and one com. No pic tho....BUT I will take one soon. but it EXISTS!

I've seen it too and the plot is massive and there is SO much work going on there. it looks like a massive res+com multiple tower development.

The building complex is called AL GURG TOWER III..... Thread should be renamed, please :) Oh and they are 18F each, but if you include the podium retail area, each building is 21F
