Hmm, Tower ist average but still nice!

Launches become more and more expensive these days -2750AED is heavy but therefore location is also prime!
What do you guys think such a building in this row/location (Park Lane, Ontario Tower etc are buildings of the same category i would say) will cost per sqfet upon completion -let's say 2010?
