It deserves a separate thread.Moreover,I am just following the other sub forums.

They are going to launch the projects in phases and the total time span to complete this project would be 36 months.

I think the towers are originally 29 floors (G+28) high. I'm not sure!

Any one is aware of the future intergrated township proposed by TVH on VANDALUR-PADDAPAI road.if any one has any details about this ,POST pls.

I really don't see a need for a separate thread for projects like this. I see that there are many other forums to discuss individual residential projects like this.

In my opinion this forum is as a place where we report, receive and discuss the "Big Picture" projects and developments that matter at the city or entire state level and not for any individual residential project. I don't think that a private residential project deserves a satus of having seprate thready in this forum, if let a seprate thread for projects of DLF, Hiranandani, Sriram, Manhindra etc...that would lead to way too many threads and that would dilute the primary focus of this forum.

Hope, in mid of 2010, we could able to click all six towers (as completed one)

unfortunately as per their plan the whole project is only expected to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2011. but will definitely be a land-mark project nonetheless.

^^ Thanks for the pics! From what I can see here, the buildings are awesome and close to what they have in the renders although they still have a long way in the construction phase. However, the progress is not good when we realize that little construction has happened in the past few months going by the pics and videos that we have seen in the past.

They will probably reduce 100rs per sqft(they offered me 2900 psqft plus floor rise charges). THere are 2 types of apartments. One facing ECR is 100rs more psqft.

They have quite a few appts available in phase 1. But the design is really bad. It looks smaller than the size they are selling.

Can't wait for these to be complete!

Understand lot of problems with the buyers. Yahoo group forum talks of bad management by TVH. They do not reply to emails after the price goes up uses some excuses to cancel the booking. Full of mess. Now they are not able to sell some apartments too. Prices being quoted at 3600 sq ft but buyers getting 3100 sqft in the tower 3. Many cancellations too. Management trying to cancel the bookings made at Rs 2700.

Max height allowed so far is 100 metres for all - including the height of Headroom, Lift Room & Lighting Arrester.

^^Does the max limit of 100 metres covers the whole of the Chennai Metropolitan Area, including the central (corporation) region? I think the FSI limits the height within the corporation limits.

As I mentioned in some other thread, the upper limit for Chennai MSBs can be even more than 100m as the new Doppler radars will be multi location based and will not hamper vertical growth.

The stumbling block is the CMDA & DTCP DCR and Fire & Rescue Dept NOC.

I hope post Local Body elections, the new Govt will address this issue.
