The hi-lite Builders has launched a new project, hi-lite Metromax, on the new Bypass Road, 1.5 kms south of Thondayad Junction in the city in January.

The Rs.80 crore- project will be a premium, multi-storeyed lifestyle apartment aesthetically designed, beautifully landscaped and comprising a gamut of modern amenities. It will have 2 floors, four towers and 272 apartments.

Metromax will have a jogging track, four well-furnished guest suites, centralised cooking gas system and indoor and outdoor party halls.

Other features include health club, swimming pool, crush, Ayurvedic treatment centre, beauty parlour, hair saloon, food plaza, business centre, cyber café and vehicle access controlled security system.

The recently launched Metroma of Hi-lite Builders on Thondayad Bypass is said to be the largest residential complex in north Kerala. It consists of 272 apartments and boasts a collection of the wonderful aspects of community living. .“Nearly 75 per cent of the units have been booked. A unit having at least 1,200 sq.ft of total space is priced at Rs. 2,350 a sqt,” he says.

Mr. Noushad, Director of Hi-lite Builders, says Hi-lite Builders have five ongoing projects. The Spring Dale luxury villas at Palazhi create a new world of comfortable living in the city. A total of 110 luxury villas are being developed at the sprawling location. “The uniqueness of the project includes a wide range of premium amenities and proximity to international schools and family clubs. A villa is priced at Rs. 70 lakh,” he says.

If you keep 12 floors as cutoff, then there will be hundreds of projects probably in Kerala.

Ideally we want to have like the top 20 major projects. I don't know maybe then it would be 15 floors or 18 floors ? Discuss and decide with some other forumers. We can reduce the number of floors if it is a big project.

Sanju,The height of the building is not a point of discretion, but a question of viability of the project.The height of the building is lot more depandant on the allowable FAR & coverage of the land. With skyrocketing land prices & decreasing land availability , it becomes a sheer necessity , to go for maximum builtable area vertically.(Say, the first 15 floors covers the land price etc & the next ten gives u the profit!to put it vaguely).
If it addresses the environmental issues amicably , skyscrapers are an answer to urbanization.

Yesterday being to metromax site....piling work of the first tower got over......beams are coming up.....wid 20 stories one will be able to see these towers from malaparamba bypass jn itself....

On saturday being to metromax site...work on 3 towers goin on simultaneously..80% sold out...came to know that hilite will be launching a megaproject near to palazhi with 500 units....so start dreaming guys....25+....20+.....letz see....will post the pics soon....

I din actually count the number of floors, since those pictures where taken carefully without been seen by the security..the setup is like that man...may be tower1 on 18 or 19, tower 2 on 14 or so...:)

18/19 floor?? then it is very fast compared to Ellizium Court, wait & see which will gain the crown of first 20floory building in the city.
