Mais 134 prédios para Luanda

Uma “cidade” com cento e trinta e quatro prédios de quatro a cinco andares, comportando no total 7 mil e 200 apartamentos, começa a ser erguida em Luanda. A mesma que será concluída em 2010, na zona da Camama, município do Kilamba Kiaxi.

O empreendimento, denominado “Cidade Universitária”, pertence à empresa de direito angolano EFES Empreendimentos “Construção Civil e Obras Públicas, Comércio, Telecomunicações, Serviços”.

Numa primeira fase, até Dezembro do ano em curso, serão construídos 270 apartamentos de baixa renda, qualificados como sendo do tipo T1, T2 e T3. Os do tipo T1 dispõem de um quarto, sala, cozinha e quarto de banho, enquanto que os do T2 compreendem dois quartos e os mesmos compartimentos. Já os T3 têm dois quatros, uma suíte, sala, cozinha e dois quartos de banho.

Os preços dos apartamentos de baixa e média renda que serão destinados a funcionários da função pública e população em geral, variam de 60 a 100 mil dólares norte-americanos e serão controlados pelo Ministério das Obras Públicas.

Além da EFES e Empreendimentos, a empreitada está a cargo de mais quatro construtoras chinesas e ocupa uma área de 47 hectares.

Na empreitada estarão envolvidos nove mil trabalhadores, dos quais cinco mil chineses e quatro mil angolanos.

Os apartamentos serão destinados a funcionários da função pública e população em geral.

A project to build 7,200 apartments at Camama zone, in Luanda's Kilamba Kiaxi district, was launched on ednesday by the provincial governor Francisca do Espirito Santo, ANGOP learnt.

According to the director of projects of EFES construction firm, Roberta Reis, the flats are part of a series of 134 buildings, comprising 6 and 10 floors, respectively.

The first 100 residences shall be concluded by mid 2009, as the project will be implemented in a period of two years.

The project dubbed "Camama Residential District" was planned as the new satellite city for a population estimated at 150,000 inhabitants.

The urbanisation comprises social and leisure areas, such as health and commercial centres, schools, sports fields, technical networks, public lighting, car parks, among others.

On her turn, Lunadas' governor, Francisca do Espirito Santo said that her staff will work next week with the promoters of the project in order to define strategies to carry out similar works, therefore creating accommodation conditions to meet the demand of inhabitants.

Ministers of Public Works, Higino Carneiro, of Education, Burity da Silva, the deputy minister of Youth and Sports, Gonçalves Muandumba, among other entities attended the ceremony.

Pessoal, eu acho que todos nós já cometemos pelo menos um erro por cá, ainda mais quando sendo tão inexperientes no SSC. Mais vale tentar ajudar a solucionar os problemas de cada um em vez de simplesmente "mandar vir" com os outros. Tentem ser mais compreensíveis, final somos todos humanos. Tenho a certeza que aos poucos ele vai melhorar.

Muloji, como vejo ja corrigiste o teu erro. E diga-se de passagem que é compreensível, afinal ainda és novo por cá. Da próximo tenta ter um pouco mais de atenção antes de postar. :okay:

I came across a chinese magazine showing more about this project, due to my inexistent chinese skills i couldnt understand much, apart from what the pictures could tell.

The magazine says the this public housing scene is to be built in 23 different locations... Some of the pictures show the zango project.

Os preços dos imóveis em Angola é algo completamente fora da realidade. Um apartamento de 100 mil dólares destinado a pessoas de baixa renda!!!

A esse preço eu compro um excelente apartamento de 3 quartos num bairro de classe média/média alta. Espero que com o "boom" da construção civil, começem a cobrar pelo imóvel o que realmente ele vale. Garanto que um apartamento desses (do projeto) não sairia por mais de 30 mil dólares em outro país.

esses apartamentos vão custar 35.000$ porque são projectos sociais e uma forma que o governo encontrou de estimular o sector imobiliario para baixas rendas.
