still desert, the chance to start anything now is almost zero :)

i really make a doa'aa/ wish all time to cancelled this project at the end ...:D

Funny thing is the landscaping plan stops at this plot. Looks like Emaar are aware this area is in abeyance for a long time.

Wonder if Cayan got paid for the plot or will this end up being repossesed to become InfinityII.:)

Begining to look like an excellent bit of business for Cayan to sell this plot at the peak of the market. This seems to have made them financialy strong enough to progress their other developments at break neck speed during the down turn.

I have never seen this project launched so it could be many years before anything happens now.

Overspill carpark for the beach or park and ride for the tram:)

any update on this one ? still empty plot ?!

Could be a good idea to fill this plot in and put a bit of tar down then use it for off street parking for the buses. The buses keep parking on the footpaths in this area as they have no where to sit. At rush hour you see people sitting around on the landscaping of the residential towers waiting for a bus. Where was the forward planning?

If the Royal family or other "royals" dont have their pocket book in companies or project they will sit and do nothing.

Iam hoping for a proper park here but... as we all know it seems like even with 60% price reduction in apartment prices across Dubai Emarr and RERA are leaving plots of land empty for who knows how long.... we need some greenery in the marina asap

There is already a space allocated for a park in front of the Jewels. This space could better be used as a bus station to stop them parking on the footway.:bash:

I'll take a bus station, resturant, park... anything other than a building that is 6 years behind in construction.... we dont need another eyesoar
