I give 6/10 (because of tall church towers) and IMO this city doesn't need skyscrapers, they just don't fit there ;)

Krakow sure has some nice churches, and the skyscrapers ruins it. They should have been built outside of the city. 6/10

And talking about Krakow skyline- hmmm.... I don't know if Krakow needs high modern buildings.

That blue building is very similar to a building in Västerås Sweden called Skrapan. Anyway, I've always wanted to visit this city which seems to be much better then Warsaw for some reason. Its a shame I didn't continue my drive from the Czech border. Interesting history, culture and some very beautiful buildings. Also it would be interesting to visit Auschwitz which is near by. One thing that would help this city would be to demolish those skyscrapers, they really destroy the skyline. 7/10

Krakow has nice skyline, but it's a historical city and should be rated in a different way.
The city is in league with Prague, Stockholm, etc., not with NYC :)

Krakow is my favorite city in Europe. Who needs skyscrapers when you have a gracious and beautiful city that has the nicest atmosphere of anyplace I've ever been to?

Yet another nice Polish town. My girlfriend didn't like it, and called it "Crapow". Although I'm not in love with it myself (I prefer Warszawa that is), I think the historical architercture and underground cafés are quite pleasant. 4/10 for the skyline and the "skyscraper culture", 10/10 for the historical architecture. So I guess it makes a 7...

Yet another nice Polish town. My girlfriend didn't like it, and called it "Crapow".

9.5/10 There are cities that should keep their historical character. Kraków is one of them. To have not to many and not to high skyscrapers is the best idea for Kraków :)

10/10. Krakow doesn't need skyscrapers. Its beautiful the way it is. Church and cathedral spires and castle can sometimes make for a far more beautiful skyline than just glass towers. Krakow is certainly a prime example of this.
