New Jack City October 10th, 2003, 09:50 PM 7/10...It's decent, a nice relative to the other building but I don't like the top.

Facade and shape are ok.
I have mixed feelings about the top..it could be done more tastefully.

The tower looks quite boring, and the shape isn't the greatest, but the facade is okey, still boring but not to boring. But the entrance section is my favorite, the mall in the first couple of floors is nice. 6.5/10
