I had the pleasure of watching this one rise in person. For me, it's only a decent tower. The cladding should have been made much higher at the top of the tower. There's no good finish like 2IFC's teeth. Also, the glass might be a bit too reflective.

It should be about 20m taller.... not just to be taller, but I feel it's a bit fat. That extra heigh would help its height/width ratio and make it more slender.

The crown could do with a slightly better finish. But yeah I do like it.

Yeah... to bad it is so isolated from the CBD, and is surrounded by all those commie blocks.


A bit higher and a better location and it would be a 10.

A great tower, walked under it a few months back when it was closing completion! 9/10!

This has to be one of the most generic-looking supertall buildings on Earth. I mean you don't have to be tacky to be distinctive, just look at 2IFC. I suppose that's because 300+ is becoming common place.
Sorry, I don't see anything attractive here.

Sexy. Lends an awesome addition to the Island East skyline, but it would have look betters till somewhere in the main skyline.

On the other hand, it may have been 'overshadowed' in the main skyline...it's the Island East centrepiece.

They should get rid of that advertisement of OIE now though...it's ridiculously bright.

Not too sure about the proportions, but that is some slick cladding. Tower is an 8, cladding is a 10, so I'll give it a 9.

Not a bad tower by any means. Lacking a little bit on the rear facade but overall pretty good. 9.
