Confident group announced their Villa project Confident Gold Coast near the existing Althena campus at Menamkulam, Kazhakootam.

Looks like two of the top idea star singers will be getting villas there (priced at 1crore each). In these troubled times, I would have asked for Rs.1 crore rather than accepting a villa!! ... just kidding

^^BTW One Crore would be the 'value' of the project, and not the cost. If you do that Villa on your own, engaging a contractor, it will be anyway less than 50 lakhs. So the builder would never give you 1 crore if you ask for money rather than the villa.

A house (Villa in Builders parlance) of 2500-2750 sft will be pegged at Rs. 3500/sft and plus registration it will come to One crore. You can do it within 25-30 lakhs going by the builder's standards+ say 10-15 lakhs for the 5-6 cent land at such locations.

Thanks for the info ... but if the builder is selling it for one crore, then why not they give that money to the winner ...well the winner can as well sell the villa through the builder if minimum 1 crore is guaranteed!!

This is an artistic rendering which has nothing to do with ‘building permits’. Renderings are not given/nor asked while giving permits.

Permits are given only for the layout, area etc. And it is in the ‘Blue Print’ format. Renderings/perspectives can be changed as far as there is no change in the base structure.

And slight modifications can be done if it is within the rules as well as within the permitted built up space. If such deviations are done, then at the end of the construction, ‘As Built’ drawing has to be submitted to the local body for approval. Only then OC (Occupancy Certificate) will be given.
