Descripción Proyecto


Mall del Centro está ubicado a sólo escasas cuadras de la plaza de armas entre Barros Arana y O´Higgins esquina Orompello, lo cual indica que se encuentra emplazado entre la peatonal con más afluencia de público en el centro de Concepción y la Avenida que transita la mayor locomoción colectiva.

Luego de una larga espera por parte de la población de esta cuidad, el mall tan esperado llegó a instalarse para satisfacer cada una de las necesidades que la ciudadanía tiene, sin tener que desplazarse del concurrido centro de esta cuidad.

El proyecto contará con un mall, un hotel y una torre de oficinas.

Acerca del Proyecto


Comenzó a construirse el proyecto más anhelado en Concepción. Luego de 10 años de espera Ripley lanzó el proyecto de un Mall que tiene integrado un Hotel y una torre de oficinas. Estará ubicado en la cuadra Barros Arana, Orompello y O´Higgins y contemplará una inversión cercana a los 70 millones de dólares.

El proyecto se destacará por poseer la torre más alta del sur de Chile, la cual en los primeros pisos tendrá un Hotel de cuatro estrellas de una cadena de gran prestigio y del piso 15 en adelante oficinas de primer nivel.

Respecto al mall en si, tendrá las mejores marcas en sus tiendas menores para satisfacer las necesidades existentes de sus habitantes, un amplio patio de comida el cual contendrá un food court y cuatro restaurantes de alta categoría que irán integrados a un espacio del hotel produciendo una atmósfera única.

Por otro lado inyectándole entretención al centro, el proyecto integrará un área de juegos infantiles, cines y un gimnasio. Como tiendas anclas se encontrará a Ripley ocupando los cuatro primeros pisos del mall y Líder en todo el primer subterráneo. En la entrada por Barros Arana encontraremos un ascensor panorámico que quedará por afuera del mall y subirá hasta el cuarto nivel.

Porque elegir Concepción para este proyecto? La respuesta es bien simple, hoy en día Concepción ha mostrado durante los últimos años un crecimiento muy fuerte donde el proyecto se hace sustentable. Las personas requieren poder satisfacer sus necesidades de compra en el centro ya que todos sabemos que en las regiones "El centro es el centro", y esto no estaba cubierto por ningún proyecto que les pudiera otorgar las diversas necesidades en conjunto.Por lo tanto al ser Concepción la segunda cuidad de mayor importancia del país se decidió que esta debía tener un mall en pleno centro de la cuidad. No recuerdo donde había visto ya ese render.
Buenísimo por Concepción! La era de los rascacielos llegó a Chile. Se van formando ya pequeños downtowns en sus ciudades (eso es bueno, o sea, Santiago no es un caso aislado del país).
El diseño de la torre me parece muy lindo.

Si no me equivoco, la firma encargada del diseño es argentina.

Lo genial es que este proyecto estará emplazado en pleno centro de la ciudad, y justo al frente de la Torre Andes, el cual es uno de los edificios más lindos que tiene Conce.

Aunque me parece que la torre y la base no cuadran, por separado me gusta la propuesta. Y creo que es un diseño arriesgado e innovador para Concepción.

Concuerdo con lo que dice javier, la base y la torre parece que no se llevan muy bien:nuts: pero igual hay que felicitar a los locos de conce por ya hacer este proyecto.:)

Hermoso!!..va a quedar muy bien en la ciudad, tiene un diseño moderno y elegante.

A mi me encata, de a poco se estan formando skylines de primer nivel en todas las ciudades chilenas!! y me gusta mucho que los principales edificios sean los de oficinas.

A este paso, cada ciudad sureña tendrá su edificio ícono...

Como se puede observar, la torre será algo distinta a lo que se aprecia en los renders. Se puede ver la distribución de la torre, una mitad al hotel y otra a oficinas. En cuanto al Mall, de sus 6 pisos 4 serán de Ripley.

El diseño del video es casi igual al de la maqueta, con la diferencia que no tiene una horribles líneas entre piso y piso.

Yo creo que será la de este video, sin el remate que se aprecia en los renders iniciales.

:cheers1::master:Padrissimo el mall no se que tiendas sean las de prestigio en Sudamerica, en especial en Chile pero se ve de lujoo,, la mejor parte es la torre y no por su altura sino por su diseño, no quiero comparar pero me recordo a la Torre Monterrey en mii jaja, en fin sin palabras pkm el proyecto

Me encanta el proyecto, revitalizara todo el centro, le dará gran movimiento, además de los otros proyectos que hay para el centro de Concepción, como techar con tulipas los paseos peatonales, en fin.

A mi el centro comercial se me hace muy parecido al Marino Arauco, de hecho creo que tiene la misma distribución.

esta muy vacano , en chile le pegan duro a los materiales translucidos , aqui en colombia hasta ahora estamos experimentando , aunque me gusta mas el ladrillo ..

algo que nunca he entendido de los centros comerciales de Chile es que tienen pocas tiendas pequeñas , como este , de solo 85, y es totalmente diferente aqui en Colombia donde los c.c importantes no bajan de 150 tiendas y anclas pequeñas o sin anclas.

mm creo que te equivocas..en Chile en general hay muchas tiendas en sus Malls..solo darte un ejemplo aqui mismo en Conce...a pocos Kilometros de este Mall...se encuentra el Mall Plaza el Trebol.. que tienes mas de 200 mil metros cuadrados...tiene poco menos de 200 tiendas menores...mas las tiendas anclas...Falabella, Paris, Ripley, Johnnsons, Sta. Isabel, Sodimac. todas grandes tiendas...eso solo en Concepción...imaginate en Stgo...ufff.....aparte se viene otro Mall a pocos Kilometros de este Mall tambien...es de la cadena Mall Plaza que es la misma de la del Trebol...y va a tener 200 mil metros cuadrados aprox..mas edificios de oficinas y cosas asi...todo lo que conlleva el Mall...

Veo que le hicieron algunos cambios, pero sigue muy bonito.

el diseño de la torre es genial, lo encuentro imponente,elegante y le da vida al entorno, aparte de su buena altura se ve bien robusta..

acabo de ver el video...es más grande de lo que imaginé y la torre se ve hermosa ;)

Es un gran aporte a la ciudad, el mall es mas grande de lo que pensé, 6 pisos finalmente, un gran food court, cines, hipermercado, gran gimnasio y lo mejor... una gran torre de oficinas y hotel que es hermosa con forma piramidal y acristalada.. preciosa :banana:

El proyecto estuvo detenido producto de la crisis subprime y luego por el reciente terremoto que sacudió a Chile y en especial a nuestra ciudad.

Movieland será la cadena de cines que se instalará en este mall.

La apertura está prevista para finales de 2011.

Se ve muy bonita toda la composición especialmente el edificio y como termina arriba, este me parece ser el mejor diseño de la ciudad.

Que lindo complejo, y qué importante para esta ciudad.

Vamos viento en popa.

el edificio es muy bello, con un diseño más que llamativo, pero el shopping no me convence del todo, principalmente por que me parece muy cerrado, exceptuando el detalle de la entrada de luz cenital, muy bien trabajado...

de todos modos un proyecto más que bueno...

^^^igual hay que pensar que en concepcion llueve bastante y que como indica el nombre del mall este se ubica en el centro de la ciudad por lo que se intenta optimizar el uso de suelo

me gusta parece un gran tozo de gristal pulido
