Ancora Şanlıurfa
Şanlıurfa is a city in the south-eastern Turkey, with a population of 472,000 inhabitants (2007 census). Its the capital of Şanlıurfa Province, situated about eighty kilometres east of the Euphrates River. The region in which Şanlıurfa is located has always been a junction of East and West. The trade routes crossing this region have for ages contributed to the wealth of the region.
Location
The site, Şanlıurfa's former Bus Station, is located on Şanlıurfa-Gaziantep highway, only a few minutes from the city center. It's on walking distance from tourist attractions, government buildings and the main shopping street. The site will be very good visible. The accessibility by car will be excellent due to its position close to two junctions. The total population of Şanlıurfa can reach the site within 15 minutes drive.
Project Overview
The two-level shopping center with a leasable area of 45,000 m2 , will have a major hypermarket, an electronic store and a Do-it-Yourself. Other main tenants include department stores, a cinema, leisure facilities and a food court. The top floor will have a magnificent historical view. The shopping center will have 1,300 parking places. The project will be the first and the biggest modern shopping center in town.
