it's a way of sales strathegy since people still like the idea of "pre-launch buying". Hence DAMAC releases a list price (3510 in this case) and if you buy before or during the launch, you get a pre-launch discount. full floor buyers enjoy a higher discount than half floor or individual units buyers.48 to 72 hours after the launch the project goes to the common availibility list and sells for the list price.
