festiboi October 20th, 2008, 02:55 AM I've always liked this building. The stepped levels (some with gardens on them) have always fascinated me and the jagged facade with the windows facing each other is more imaginative than a regular box style. Considering this building dates back to 1969, it looks fantastic for its age and is one of the more tasteful 60's high-rises. The only thing that hurts it is the colour. The dark brown, that looks black from a distance, is dominating and a little too much. I'll give it an 8 otherwise
