For me, theres too stark a contrast between the low rise and these towers, there needs to be some more towers, only a few really, to bridge the gap.. they just look too awkward at the moment I feel.

8/10 very nice. At the moment four towers of similar height don't make for a great skyline. Hopefully that will change with further additions in the future.

Very nice tower, but a bit out of place. There are four giant towers, and then nothing even remotely tall around them.
